Those were the prices if memories serve me right, as the self-service kiosk doesn’t print you a receipt and you can’t go backwards on the screen (after payment) to take a pic of the itemized total. The self service kiosk only allows you to input a mobile number or email so they could ‘send’ you the receipt, but most importantly, they COLLECT YOUR DATA if you submit to spam you in the future.

Horrible experience. I paid for my order at the self-desk and the manager, John, and another young lady with the worst attitude told that they were out of chicken and they were not going to fry any more. I, of course, asked for a refund because they repeatedly told me that they were not going to do it even though I asked them several times if they could.

DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN HERE.
I ordered a 2 piece meal with a thigh and drumstick. The thigh was shaped funny and when I broke it in half to eat, I saw that it was actually a chicken spine and chicken brain. I showed it to the manager and he asked “How did it get in there?” and didn’t believe me even though I gave the piece to another staff person and had a photo of it. I will not be back.

Chicken pieces are miniature. Also floor was very sticky. It seems the floor has not been cleaned for days. The only good thing was the service. I placed order online and they were very attentive in filling it.

My last review of this place was-2. Yes it was that bad. The change is nothing short of a 180 degree change. The lobby is clean now. The employees are pleasant and the wait times are short. It’s 9:07 p.m. The manager is new, I asked just to confirm. Keep him here.

I placed my order online and went to this location. Upon arriving to pick up our meal, we were told that we canceled the order, which was incorrect. The manager then rudely told us he didn’t need us holding up the drivethrough to come inside. When entering the manager, Kevin kept telling us we had canceled the order and that it showed up canceled on their end. I explained to him that on my end, the order is still placed, shows paid, and was ready for pick up. You can not even cancel the order on the KFC app. The app showed order ready. My email had confirmation of the order, and my bank account showed the money for the order debited for my account. I explained this to the manager, who did not seem to care but “wanted us out of the store.” After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, we received an incomplete meal. I explained to the manager and again attempted to show him the meal on the app. He then hands me the rest of the meal and says, “Enjoy your free meal.” This was extremely embarrassing in front of the 5-7 customers in the store and his staff and is extremely unacceptable. I will never order anything from this KFC again, not worth the embarrassment. Unacceptable behavior from a manager, I’ve worked in customer service for 17 years and have never seen such an unprofessional and rude manager in my life. This will not be tolerated, and Kevin will need serious retraining or repositioning to understand the consequences of his actions.

Absolutely terrible experience at KFC. Hedga, who I assume is part of the staff or management, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She clearly had no interest in helping customers and acted like everything was a burden. The rest of the management wasn’t any better—completely disorganized and clearly not trained to handle even the basics of customer service.
The store was a mess, the food took forever, and no one seemed to care about the quality or the customer experience. If this is the kind of leadership KFC hires, it’s no wonder the place is falling apart. Do better. Better places out there i’d rather go to.

Just ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and asked them to verify the order. The lady (Hegda) didn’t verify after asking twice. She was rude and abrupt and her manager a man then spoke over her at the drive thru to drive up! No one was waiting behind us at the drive thru. When I got my order the sandwiches only had pickles and mayonnaise when previously I had gotten lettuce, tomato and cheese. I order 2 Pepsi and one was diet, I asked which was which when I was being handed them, Hedga wouldn’t even verify but said “I marked it”. Horrible service and Horrible food! Go to chic fila for normal service!!

Why are yall consistently forgetting to put a singular biscuit in the order? Especially if the order is SIMPLE. Also employees should know not to put a handful of OPEN NASTY ketchup packets that are STUCK TOGETHER all over the napkins/food do better also why do the employees always have a nasty attitude??

They served chicken spine and brain claiming it was a thigh piece. The staff were less than helpful and refused to believe their own eyes or our knowledge of anatomy. Finally got a refund after having our intelligence insulted with incredulous their incredulous looks and comments. “How did it get in there?” was their response to being asked for a refund.
