Went throught drive through. Ordered a 4-piece meal & asked for 4 legs but received breast, thigh, wing and leg instead. Ordered side of mashed potatoes with No gravy but they still had gravy anyway. Wanted original recipe but they only had extra crispy. Food tasted good but I don’t think they listen to your order.

Not terrible…but two of the times there, the person taking my order got it wrong and when I told them; they were unhappy that they had to make it right. Not particularly clean, soda machine is always foamy, which means it’s not set up properly, or needs repair.

They suck!! Plain & simple better shot of winning the lotto then getting your order correct; not to mention not soaked in grease!!! And the topper the mashed potatoes given in error had the bottom of the container completely broken out, they desperately need help here, calling corporate now in addition tk the review….

I did not get wings I ordered. Asked for 2 of each sauce for 12 tenders and only got 6 classic ranch. Tried calling and they won’t pick up phone. No receipt supplied. Going to dispute charge.

Update:. Online ordering sucks. For some strange reason you have to go inside for the pickup. I want contactless pickup. I don’t wanna go inside. That’s why I ordered ahead of time. I’ll raise the stars when they let me pick up my online order from the drive through. Seems so logical to do.
