Recently tried working on an investigation and phone and wallet was taken while I was there or immediately after I left. Suspect employee. Attempted to get surveillance and employee stated manager could look it up day after (day before esterday Jan 22rd) 2026. Attempted to reach PD without phone unsuccessful. Yesterday Jan 23rd employee stated he had the wallet but didn’t have the phone. Gave me back the wallet w cash still in it. Manager was threatening, purposely interupting and said he didn’t have access. Manager accused me of throwing his phone because of possible cover after short convo after I spoke to alleged top manager using a phone store manager provided both stated they wouldn’t look up it up and couldn’t. Stated to call cops and wait for them to look at surveillance. Called PD and hopefully get in wit protection not smear cover.

Stopped in to get the 5 piece chicken tender special. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn’t want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I’ve never had anyone do something like this for me. I’m still in shock over it because I was going to McDonald’s for $1 menu. I’ve been craving KFC and He made my day. I was in a grumpy mood and he changed everything. they asked me to pull off to the side after i paid, I WAITED 40 MINS and literally only went for wedges. i ordered a famous bowl and 6 piece meal w sides. my boyfriend and i watched 7 cars get their food before us, then this man has the audacity to come out and tell us they are out of wedges and he’s in there alone. MIND YOU, we watched another woman walk people their food. i bet you they got wedges tho..

I went here last night because the wedges are back and first they tried to tell me they didn’t have any and offered me fries when I paid $7 for the wedges through the app. I asked if there’s any way to just cancel my order and I was told no. I could hear a woman I’m guessing a manager complaining and talking about they’re not supposed to be available until tomorrow which was another lie as it was announced to be available NATIONWIDE AUGUST 18th!Then when I refused the fries all the sudden they magically had the wedges. I was stuck waiting for 15 minutes when they said it would be 4 minutes. Then I got a not so large container which looked more like for fries or something when previously a large order of wedges were served in a large box that folds closed. Definitely not happy and feel cheated for what I paid.

Always check your food before leaving. Depending on which manager is here, they will give you old cold refried wing dings mixed with whole wings (NOT WHAT I ORDERED) that are overly greasy with the skin falling off and cold hard fries. I was two blocks away before I found out. I came back to get them to do it over, and all they did was refry the same old fries I handed back. I broke one just to show how old they are. I’m not going back yet again to get them to fix it. Figure out who was in charge December 22, 2022, around 8:15pm and avoid when those people are there.

Honestly, didnt even get to try the food. Only 5 cars in the parking lot and I was the third in the drive thru. They were taking one order every 15 minutes. It was finally my turn and after the $11 order of the person in front of me, they told me they would be with me shortly. Waited 5 minutes and then left. I just couldn’t wait any longer. I had already waited 30 minutes. Went down to the Popeyes and the food was fresh and tasty.
Crazy part is I drove to Popeye’s, ordered my food, paid and got my food. As I passed by KFC to go home the same car that was behind me in drive-thru was still waiting at the speaker for his order to be taken.
Not sure how this place is still even open
