I asked for original, they offered me crunchy so I took it. I opened the box and it was extremely old over cooked chicken. They forgot my side of coleslaw and they always have me pull up and wait. I don’t mind waiting for my order as long as it’s right!! This has happened 3 times to me so far. I was trying to be fair but this is just ridiculous.

Always check your food before leaving. Depending on which manager is here, they will give you old cold refried wing dings mixed with whole wings (NOT WHAT I ORDERED) that are overly greasy with the skin falling off and cold hard fries. I was two blocks away before I found out. I came back to get them to do it over, and all they did was refry the same old fries I handed back. I broke one just to show how old they are. I’m not going back yet again to get them to fix it. Figure out who was in charge December 22, 2022, around 8:15pm and avoid when those people are there.

Quick but we were 7 of us 5 children and 2 adults . We dined in too , had to ask for plates spoons cups utensils ketchup bbq sauce. Hmm they took long to come to the service counter to assist me each time I had to return because I ordered a family meal. With side of nuggets for kids meals too and again you already know. Food was warm and they forgot one order of Kids nuggets plus 2 large orders of fries. The food was good.

Staff were nice enough, but the place just looks and feels dirty. I am not sure if it was the cleanliness, or lack thereof, but the food was just not as good as another KFC we had been to just days before.

Stopped in to get the 5 piece chicken tender special. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn’t want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I’ve never had anyone do something like this for me. I’m still in shock over it because I was going to McDonald’s for $1 menu. I’ve been craving KFC and He made my day. I was in a grumpy mood and he changed everything. This place never has anything. A while ago they didn’t have Nashville hot chicke, then you ask for the NEW..hear me out..THE NEW Buffalo ranch sauce and guess what, they didn’t have it..whyyyy you promote something?? Either the manager or person in charge of ordering supplies is not doing there job. This place is always empty. It will be close soon if this continues. AND WITH THE NEW CHICK-FIL-A AROUND THE CORNER COMING SOON, KFC is going downtown.

Absolutely Awesome location! This location used to have(I dunno if they still do) Hot & Spicy Chicken, and it was Outstanding! KFC is by far my favorite of all the Fried Chicken Restaurants, especially with the Hot & Spicy offerings. I’m also a big Chicken Tender lover, too… Don’t get me started with the Popcorn Chicken! KFC side’s are very good as well!
