Worse place ever and I’ve been there like 3 times only cause I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I waited over 15-20 mints for the foods with no customers there. The last straw was when they told me when after waiting a good 20 minutes that they are out of chickens and it be awhile (another 15-20 minutes). The whole time while waiting earlier I hear the workers in the back talking and laughing and hardly anyone come
To the front to check on customers. I guess nobody wants to work. I can see why KFC is disappearing. Got to hire better workers! The one that actually work and not stand around. SMH

RESTAURANT REVIEWER
On our way home, on a long ride back to North Jersey, I went to the drive thru at restaurant #J130035 with my two children. I ordered and the girl on the other end was very pleasant and patient. I paid and got our food and parked to eat. My daughter did not get any utensils to eat her mac & cheese and there were no napkins in the bag nor was there any honey and jelly that I asked for. When we got to the bucket of chicken, the chicken was greasy and not even warm so I went back around the drive thru to complain. I handed the bucket over to her (same girl who took my order; very nice and friendly) and she insisted twice that “we cannot accept the food back once it leaves the window”. As I was waiting for the girl to get her manager, my daughter handed me the potato wedges,; they were not warm and greasy just like the chicken. When the manager who was very short with me and had an attitude (she was huffing and puffing and rolled her eyes at me a few times) got to the window, she asked for the bucket of chicken back. I told her the other told us to keep it; I was going to throw it out anyway because it was old and had been sitting under the light/heat lamp. She insisted for me to give it back. I told her to take the potato wedges as well and she said “I can’t accept that, it’s halfway eaten”. I showed her the half potato wedge I had in the car which was the first one and only piece we tried. She caught an attitude and I told her she might as well take the mac & cheese and she gladly took it and snatched it out of my hand. I’m not sure who hired this woman but she is not manager material. She has no class nor professionalism. The other girl who took our order and told us that it’s policy NOT to take the food, should be on the management team. Please address this issue because that manager could be taking the food home that is being returned to the store. According to KFC policy; any food that is returned by a patron must NOT be accepted back once it leaves the window. She is in violation of that policy and the health department. She probably takes it home or resells them. DISGUSTING !!! We were just passing through the down to get home; imagine what she does with local and frequent customers ???

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered online nearly an hour ago and am still waiting for my order in a place that is not busy at all. Literally ordered a gordita and 5 soft tacos. Been trying to get updates but they just say the same thing, “they’re working on it.” The monitor behind the counter says my order has been complete for 35 minutes and counting 🙂

I ordered online with a corporate online coupon for 12pcs bucket 1/2 price and a side of coleslaw ,the order was confirmed and I had order # ,drove 20 minutes to p/u went to counter no one else in line waited a while for a response from an employee a very nice young young man who I told I was picking up an online order he looked at the screen and called the manager who was rude and obviously had no training in customer and told me the had been cancelled after a impolite conversation on her part I became aware that she had cancelled the order because ” she did not accept online coupons ” I will never go back there again and my family has been going there for over 20 years. someone needs to address the management issues at this location

This location does not know how to provide customer service. Always a bad experience. Ordered food through the app today and had to wait 30 mins after my order was ready just to have it handed to me. Total mess. Food cold of course and drinks were nothing but water. I would have left but I had to pay for my order on the app. My last experience through this same store’s drive through I was told they had no chicken. I thought it was a joke but totally true. And the staff is rude. Stay away!

ordered online 45 minutes in advance only to be told that they were out of chicken , waited in to go parking for 15 minutes,ignored, got someone’s attention and told still not ready, told them to cancel and credit the amount. Filled out survey which I got right away, no response, called customer service, unhelpful and asked to talk to management. Still no response or refund after two weeks. Being a restaurant manager for 40 years by far the worst response, no wonder the service in the stores mirror the company. Sucks.

A very decent KFC and Taco Bell combo. They recently remodeled the inside and it looks really good for a fast food restaurant. There isn’t a ton of seating on the inside, but it’s good enough. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My order was all wrong, the chicken was badly cooked, practically raw, I ordered pipsi and they gave me dr. Proper I ordered 4 different sauces and they didn’t give me any I also ordered a children’s combo and they gave it to me spicy and raw my child just said it’s hot.i wait like 3, 4 minutos waiting just to someone say how can i help you no customers at the store just me

Slow at customer service!
Dirty kitchen!
Will never come back! You get ther type of service in kitchen you pay for! If up to me everyone would be fired. Team there can’t even multi- task and do multiple things at one time.
