Writing this review as I devour this FRESH KRISPY CHICKEN ! Omg SENAI WAS SO SWEET. She took out order. She was so pleasant and nice. We ordered a 4 piece chicken(1 thigh, 1 breast & 2 wings, w/ wedges and mash, and another order of bbq & spicy wings. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH, HOT AND WELL PACKAGED. I come in this location often as my grandkids live down in Manahawkin. I never had an issue until this year. The older Spanish man has completely ruined my experience. I will not be coming back. When I go to this location and all of the women are working I get my food instantly and everyone is moving swiftly. When it is the man so far I have had to wait 20-30 minutes every time when it’s him. Maybe it’s bad luck but this isn’t the worst of it. I’ve heard him belittle staff to the point of making me uncomfortable and he does it in a way that isn’t noticeable unless you’re really paying attention which I do. I have even stopped eating inside this location because I can’t stand watching everyone run around while he moves so slow. Very unfortunate experience lately and I feel very poorly for the staff if he is the manager, which it seems he is. Will not be coming back.

The chicken is way too greasy. When all of the other fast food joins around them have full parking lots and drive-thru lines, KFC is just empty. I don’t really know how they stay in business here. It seems like there aren’t enough customers to keep this place running. I don’t even know anybody who comes here anymore. I think they need to rethink their operation.

Absolutely terrible. The managers and the owners there are absolutely out their minds thinking this is worth 10$. But like the manager said, they only allow 5 nuggets in a bowl and that’s the way they want it. Let me be the voice that tells you no. Go somewhere else, get your moneys worth and don’t be troubled with this awful establishment.

We paid 35.00 for the 8 piece meal and asked for no Legs and to replace them with breasts. As you can see that didn’t happen also we asked for extra gravy which we never got. Plus the chicken tasted it like it was sitting around all day. I tried to call 3 times but no one ever answers the phone.

Always half hour wait place is filthy! Nobody knows whats going out mobile orders never on time . Tall guy with long hair and Beard that looks like a Sasquatch moves like the walking dead ! All the employees are miserable KFC corporate should just close this location its just an eye sore and a waste of the public’s time and money!!!

Ridiculously overpriced for such small portions. Horrible service, on top of being overpriced they can’t even remember to give you all of the food you pay for. I will never come back here, I don’t think a single part of the experience was good, there is nothing redeemable about this restaurant.
