I have a serious bone to pick with this location, no pun intended. I have just received my last order from them as multiple orders, whether on delivery apps, or in-person, have been consistently POUR!!! Notoriously missing half my order, legit sending 0 sauces for an entire order, ridiculously small portion sizes, and unsatisfactory service when preparing orders.
The receipt that gets printed on the bag… is anyone reading them and making sure orders are complete, or are they just sending what they feel like in each bag! NEVER AGAIN

KFC on Paterson Plank Rd. In Union City has to be the worst KFC around. I ordered the new Spicy Bacon Twister Wrap and literally got a chicken finger on a tortilla with hot sauce. Did they not teach their workers how to make a Twister??? No bacon no lettuce or tomato. Then I order the potato wedges with queso and get regular fries with no sauce. Also paid for extra sauce received none. Why is it so hard to make an order with absolutely no special requests? I dont get how these places are still able to make a profit to stay open.

Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this specific kfc. I ordered honey bbq sandwich they only put a dab of sauce on the entire chicken. I’m so upset please avoid this restaurant.

I’ve given this location a few times to get it right since my grandma loves KFC it’s a treat every once in awhile and we’ve been so disappointed each time the chicken is hot when you get your food but don’t be fooled it’s either not freshly cooked and has been sitting under the heat lamps for to long and it’s now dried out or it tastes like the grease hasn’t been changed since the early 2000’s. I am not saying this location is always like this but it’s more then a coincidence.

There is no ice and drinks are hot but you could buy the chiken is really good. The music is western so if you don’t like it just order and run out of there. It was 9:20 pm not many people in here the bad part was no ice for the sodas.

They prioritize the drive thru by far. If you go i person you will see 25 drive through order get completed before 1 in door order does. Order online said 20-30. Came in 25 min and still here for 50 minutes. Only went here cause my dad wants it. Would never eat in this shitty place

So I always have issues at this location, but I choose to come back because things like long waits and missing sauce can be overlooked. I’ve also gotten the wrong order before these things happen when you’re doing delivery and are usually rectified immediately. Decided to write this review because clearly no manager is ever present here! I placed a delivery order through GrubHub at 7:30 PM. Received this Uber eats order for somebody with a name not even close to mine with a timestamp of 3:45pm. I’m really appalled because why would anybody leave an order on a counter for 4 hours and then just pass it off to a delivery partner. Yeah shame on the driver for not making sure he had the right order but that order should have been tossed away! Opened the food thinking that maybe the tag was just wrong, but nope, it was ice cold and likely spoiled.

Someone took our order without proof of purchase before I was able to pick it up & the manager said it was my job to either contact the bank and get a refund, or reorder and pay again. Highly recommend going anywhere else, extremely poor management.
