• She gives “manager energy” — if the job description was just bossing people around and burning the fries.
• Every time she says “teamwork,” you know she means “you work, I watch.”
• Bibi’s idea of quality control is yelling louder when something goes wrong.
• Even the chicken’s scared when Bibi walks in — it knows she’s about to overcook it and your patience.
How they don’t have a lower rating……it has to account for fake reviews.
My mashed potatoes were ridiculously small. I haven’t eaten at this location in 10 years because it was so disgustingly filthy. It’s slightly less filthy now but it still has small drain flies buzzing around and the dining area.
In this span of time the mashed potatoes have shrunk in size by half and the biscuits which I will post photographs of have gone from a normal size to roughly the size of a half dollar coin.
They were burnt and they were cold and they were tasteless.
Now let’s discuss the disgusting chicken as one of the other reviewers noted they have to re-fry it. It, looks like the skin is very thick and dark. I love fried chicken so I know good fried chicken from bad fried chicken. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that much better on one piece of chicken before. It was mostly better and hardly any chicken. Also, the chicken tasted very old. It definitely had a freezer burn flavor to it.
Mine was horrible! Not only were the pieces minuscule but they were extremely dark they were extremely greasy to the point where you could tell they didn’t bother draining them at all and two of them were cold.
That means they will laying around with the drain flies probably walking on them and then they just put them in the box and handed it to them to me.
They don’t provide enough napkins. I had to go back and ask for more napkins and still they weren’t enough. You need to probably to bring your own Bounty roll of paper towels to wipe your face because the chicken’s so damn greasy again because they don’t know how to drain it.
I ordered my food to go but because it was so cold outside I decided to eat it there. I literally took it from the counter to the cleanest unwiped table and sat there and ate it and it was already cold. That makes no sense to me whatsoever.
Now, let’s say something positive. I have to say the food was ready very quickly. That’s the only reason why I’m not giving it a lower rating.
And, the restroom was cleaner than it has been since they opened the place many years ago. It wasn’t absolutely filthy. It wasn’t clean, not by any stretch of the imagination but it wasn’t absolutely filthy with fluids all over the place like it was the last time I was there.
If you don’t mind drain flies then this is the place for you. I don’t understand how this issue hasn’t been addressed in all these years. It was a problem a long time ago and it’s back again.
I hadn’t had any KFC in years. I just got a craving for it so I decided to go there but obviously this won’t be happening for probably another 10 years. It amazes me that such simple food can be screwed up so unbelievably bad.
While prices have gone up everywhere their prices seem to have doubled ….at least. You want chicken, just make your own. This place should never be an option.
This was strange, as my app showed the order was still being prepared, and I even confirmed it on her screen. It felt as though she didn’t want me to receive the free tenders, acting as if the promotion was coming out of her own pocket. Her attitude made it seem like I was somehow taking something personal from her.
Despite her dismissive behavior, I stood firm and waited until my order was completed. But the ordeal didn’t end there. When I started eating, I discovered the tenders were raw-cold, undercooked, and unsafe. It seemed intentional, as though she deliberately gave me bad food because I redeemed the free promo.
When I brought the issue back to her, she grabbed the raw chicken with her hands and dismissed my concerns, insisting it was just “cold.” Her lack of care for food safety and outright hostility left me shocked. It was clear this situation was personal for her, and her behavior was completely unacceptable.
Eventually, she remade the tenders for me, and when I received them, they were extremely fresh—perfectly cooked with a soft texture and none of the funky crunch from before. This stark difference further confirmed my suspicion that her initial actions were deliberate and spiteful.
This experience was beyond disappointing, and I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location. And be cautious when dealing with weird People that give off funny vibes! KFC must address such unprofessional and unsafe practices.
