The manager is absolutely awesome! She was making sure everything was running smoothly even with what appeared to be some new hires. I don’t know what she’s making, but she needs a raise.!

The young lady that took my order in the drive-thru was very nice and apologize for the inconveniences I experienced.
I ordered a bucket of 12 original and they didn’t have a full order of original available so I was offered 3 pieces of extra crispy, so I took them. I also ordered 3 drinks and I didn’t have space in my car’s cup holder so I asked for a tray and they didn’t have any.
When I got home, and opened the bucket, some of the chicken was drenched in oil and the 3 extra crispy pieces they put in the bucket were old and hard… the macaroni and cheese was a bit dried out, sadly the only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes. I will not be going back there.

I ordered an 8-piece family meal with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a small side of potato wedges. I specifically asked for two breasts, four legs, and two wings. The young male worker was entering my order correctly. When he gave me my receipt, I didn’t see the exact order. I asked him if you told them what I asked for; otherwise, how would they know which pieces I asked for? He nodded his head, and I should have known that this young, inattentive male worker was going to get my order wrong. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I got home, and my order was wrong! I was so angry! This young male worker with the twists or braids in his hair needs to be trained in customer service, not to LIE in a customer’s face. And before you say anything, I am also a POC, so this isn’t that, OK?!! He is lazy and needs to learn to LISTEN!! Get it together, young man!! On a positive note, the food was hot; that was it.

Fast food is not a 5 to 15 minute wait. At certain hours of the day food should be ready for people when they get off work and lunch time hours.

I’d like to share my appreciation for Trudy, for her outstanding service and professionalism. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been consistently positive. She brings efficiency and genuine care to her role at KFC, which truly makes a difference in the customer experience. Employees like Trudy are the reason people return—not just for the food, but for the kindness and respect they receive. KFC is lucky to have her on the team.
Thank you, Trudy, for all that you do!

Food was not the greatest, and the service was not good, I’m saying this because I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food, the girl that took my order tells me that they where out of aridgenall chicken and they can make same and it will take 5 minutes and I said that I’ll wait for it, and I paid for it and was ask to park and I did for a half hour and they never gave me the order, the girl that took my order went on break outside and went by my car and in a car in back and I said to my self this isn’t right and went in and ask to get my order and the girl inside ask me for receipt and I explained to her and showed her my phone with the card I used to pay and told her see my car outside , I haven’t moved from there sense the other girl asked me to park there and she asked me my order and I told her, she have me the order and I said that I wanted a number to make a complaint and she said what I want a side order to be good and I said no, just to let them know and that they need to correct and train better workers. Very bad customer service..

Just terrible, I place an order online and come pick it up at 2:05 the specified time, then am told they’re working on it, ok. No one came to the counter or talked to me for 10 minutes and it’s now 2:15 and I’m told 3 more minutes, until eventually I get my food cold at 2:20. How do you operate a drive thru if it takes over 20 minutes to make fried chicken in a dead restaurant

The past couple of times my husband and I have come through here something is missing from our order and the workers give us a hard time as if we are being dishonest. It’s unfortunate a paying customer would have to go the extent of turning around and driving back to a restaurant because something is missing, only to be met with accusatory comments. The last two recent times they forgot the coupon book my husband decided to add on, and the biscuit that was part of the biggie meal. I didn’t even bother to return for the biscuit because I give up on these fast food workers. Their jobs are the only control they have in their lives so they love to bully customers nowadays.
