We go to eat at KFC at least three times a month.
The front entrance counter is usually unattended.
Someone will yell out, we will be right there. A minute or two we stand there and wait for attendant. Muhammad, one of the principals walks out, no greeting, only an ignored look and he walks away. I try to say hello but no reply or even awareness. We come here all the time and yet he just walks away. No business tactics at all. Totally unfriendly. We are now still waiting to order
Dear Mr. Muhammad,
Take a course in business management. You’ll really learn some valuable key knowledge you seem to be lacking. Learn how to smile and greet your awaiting customers with some enthusiasm.
Learn how to serve the customer. Yes, it’s a job me time to work
Also trying cleaning up the place. Dirty doorways, and broken furniture. Real shabby. You can’t have masking tape on a table to hold down the molding for months. C’ mon already.
No marks for servility.

Waste of money. Don’t go!! Got 8 piece and a meal to go. Potatoes are like water, chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was soggy. One piece owas all batter-absolutely not one piece of meat. I asked for comeback sauce and they did not put it in. Floor was filthy. I will never go back. So sad this is the food product this Torrington store is producing and selling

This KFC is not a franchise store, meaning they don’t have to follow the KFC recipes. There biscuits are hockey pucks! Not golden, fluffy, melt-in-your mouth deliciousness. And their food is not the same as a Real KFC. They lacks the standards of a proper restaurant! Who knows what they’re putting in the the food. How do they Not know how to make FLUFFY,LIGHT AND DELICIOUS BISCIUTS!!

After finishing a job in the area, I spotted this KFC and noticed there was nobody in the drive thru line (odd for a KFC drive thru just before 1 p.m.), so I decided to roll the dice and take a chance and so I ordered a Famous Bowl with No Corn. I then ordered a bottle of water for my drink as I made it the meal… It’s a better deal even if I don’t eat the chocolate chip cookie.
My order was verified and made properly.
I had zero issues and was in and out in a flash!
Perhaps the next time I’m in the area I will try my other KFC go-to;

wanted to share my experience from tonight !! RAFAEL in the drive through was the best. I was not super familiar with the current menu and he took his time to explain the food selection to me as well as recommend great combo values and promos. I was treated with amazing customer service by him in the drive thru. This KFC location presents itself very professional and personable with an employee like him behind the microphone. Got home and the food was great. would highly recommend. Amazing experience on a late night after work.

I had a really bad experience at this fast food place. The workers were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The place wasn’t clean at all—tables were dirty, the floor was messy, and the bathroom was worse. The food didn’t taste fresh and was thrown together carelessly. Overall, both the service and the food were disappointing. Definitely not going back.

The guy whose at the counter greeting everyone who walks in is sn absolutely breathtaking of fresh air of humanity to everyone who walks in. Especially after being on the road all day and being greeted by such a kind and friendly person. KFC he’s a gem.

I stop here for a quick dinner, this is the KFC in Torrington, the clerk was at best rude. A lady in front of me got a meal that if the clerk was better could have given her a better deal not 12 pieces of chicken for 45.00 outrageous. Then when I showed her the difference the clerk actually told her to be on her way. I had already ordered my meal and it was just thrown in the bag. I realize that not all KFC are the same but this one is in dire need of new management. Not again will I go there I hope chicken fillet comes to town and puts them in there place.
