The highlight at this location I would say are the staff. They are under a extreme amount of stress with limited people. But the Attitude to problem solve and effort is above and beyond. The food is good quality but could use some improvements. The prices are fair in this economy you can save a bit using the App. Would recommend.

Everytime I go to this location & use the drive thru, there’s something missing from my order. It’s happened so many times that now I pull over and count the peices of chicken in my 12 peice bucket! It’s usually short, once it had 8 peices. I go inside & they always apologize & give me the missing items, but if I wanted to go in, I’d have done that in the first place. The other day I counted the peices, it was right, so I went home, only to find the biscuits were missing. I had asked for the receipt & was told it’s in the bag…NOT! So, no biscuits, & without the receipt I can’t do the survey, so no code for the free fries. That’s 2 items they ripped me off for. Never had a problem at the Groton store. Norwich is so much more convenient, but not worth the aggravation. NEVER going back!

Always missing items, last 3 times I ordered here all orders were missing items. The staff is incompetent. They can’t even put the lids on the gravy correctly so its all over the inside of the bag. 40 dollars for 8 tenders and instant potatoes, 4 biscuits were missing of course, thats what i was craving, I won’t be ordering here again ever.

Came in to a bunch of people that were just disgruntled about their food order. At this point, I should have left, but im a gluten for punishment. Waiting in line so long people in front of us left. The manager yelled at her staff because they were honestly just messing up. I came right to register and ordered our food. This food that came out was just inedible. The coleslaw looked slimy, and we asked for another one. Another customer bugged because her tacos were a hot mess. These are red flags and warning signs that you should turn and run. It’s just absolutely disgusting. Disgruntled people everywhere. No one is satisfied on either side.

I’ll never order when I’m hungry again. I ordered a 6-piece meal with a free thigh. To be delivered by doordash. The first doordash person that went to pick up my order canceled because they took too long to make the order so he didn’t want to wait. Shown in the pictures in your screen is what I got. I was supposed to get too drums two thighs and a breast and One Wing. I called ,said he was the manager. My question was , on the receipt there’s a place for accuracy but there’s no name. The manager, who I assume was the manager, because he said he was, said no I didn’t check for accuracy ,I don’t know who did, I didn’t pack it. There’s more to the story I don’t have time.

Wow KFC in Norwich has been the worst I been to they just throw your food and when you tell them something is missing or something is wrong you get a whole attitude today I went over there and a older man at the window was so disrespectful

My food was just thrown into the bag with no line behind me and my fries are everywhere I had to ask for sauce like 4 times and got dirty looks from the stores manager this place is not professional and treats there customers like crap and the food isn’t even good my fries are cold and lonely at the bottom of the bag and my Dr Pepper is watered down.

This place is busy quite often so expect a little bit of a wait for the food. The food taste really good for fast food. The tables are comfortable and spaced out properly. A little on the messy side somtimes but normally clean place. The service is always polite and a little friendly. I think it can be a little on the expensive side depending on what you get.

Yes we waited 45 minutes but let me tell you Brian running the front can’t help if chicken isn’t coming out fast enough for the amount of people ordering. KFC &Taco Bell in order to fix this problem need to take away the drive through completely or cut your menu down in half. The new worker as well in the front he’s just learning. Let’s be kind in this world we live in. Have patience and understanding.
