Would give them minus stars if possible. Ordered on line, arrived at pick up time. When they finally got to me in line, was told they were going to work on it next (25 minutes after I ordered). Okay I get it is is not really busy but might be lacking staff. Finally they finish my order. Which by te way was very expensive for fast food. Got home. They forgot gravy to go with mash potatoes and a cake. Called and they said come back and they would provide the missing items. What did I get for my added troubles? I got to pay for more gas in my car. I might have been a tad upset and tried cutting line, as my food was cooling off at home. Staff was like “you wait”. I explained that my food was getting cold and just wanted to pick up missing items. Staff became rude.

Fast food drive thru service forgot a sandwich that was part of my order. The cashier assured my order was complete. I I understand that the entire team needs to get the order processed within a short amount of time, however the person who checked the order missed the crispy chicken sandwich.
