The food was amazing. The place is very clean. There are some great pictures they have on the wall. But to get inside and outside, you need to walk thru the drive-thru. There is no sidewalk, which makes it not safe for walking in and out.

This location has the worst customer service in World history, I placed an online order and immediately pulled up to the window to tell The cashier that I didn’t want ice in my drink. He proceeded to tell me that he already made the drinks 10 minutes early and that I have to take them with ice. he shut the window in my face and made me speak to a manager just to request no ice dude should be ashamed of himself anyone with the least bit of training when it comes to customer service would have made the situation right. this location is notorious for poor customer service. They definitely lived up to their reputation today. I don’t expect anybody to be reprimanded for this type of treatment.

I stopped here to grab a chicken sandwich for lunch. Staff was friendly and I was in and out fairly quickly. When going through the drive-through, they have you park on the side after making payment, and they bring you your hot food to your vehicle, which is actually pretty good.
As it turns out, I’m just no longer a fan of these chicken sandwiches from Kentucky fried chicken.
I still like the pot pie and the famous bowl, but when I want a good chicken sandwich, my preference is found at the competition…
The chicken is not quite as tasty from Kentucky fried chicken, and I really do not like the bun. The bun they use seems more suitable for perhaps a cheeseburger.

Today at 8:40pm I was ordering a 3 piece big box with fries and mash with Pepsi and also a medium starry drink, the lady said we don’t have chicken then I heard one of her coworkers tell her we do have crispy I said that’s fine, she was not very attentive she ask me to repeat my order three times on the third attempt I just pulled up to the window, I told her my order she said they don’t have fries so I order two mash with my order, she give me the food no jelly for the dry biscuit and didn’t remember my Pepsi, after a long while sitting at the window she finally open it I tell her I didn’t get my Pepsi, she said oh I never charge u for it honey, i said oh okay I can pay for it here as I’m giving her my card she says she can’t put it in mind you it’s the same lady I just paid for the food with so I didn’t understand why, so I drove off also didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt the lady that works at the mic has terrible customer service she needs to retrained.

I just left here, order 12 peaces of chicken, I wanted a mix of chicken, barbecue chicken, and original, spent about 50 dollars, when I got home, instead of them giving me what I wanted, they gave me all barbecue chicken, totally disappointed, always look at reviews, remember we are customers, paying customer, we should be given, what we paid for, not something that you think we should have, my family will not be returning

When I describe my experience at a business, I always think of the people working and how they treat and serve you. The person at the drive thru was excellent in customer service. The order was taking a long time. I asked him if he was alone. He said that there were 2 working, 1 , cooking and himself. I give him credit with dealing with the extra work load and still being able to deliver friendly customer service.

Poor customer service. i asked if restrooms were available not even acknowledged what so ever .asked again for the benefit of the doubt . She said im doing an order sir . I said is just a yes or a no wow KFC good luck . Imagine you eating that food with that energy not me at all. And people that do buy there don’t read reviews . At all!!!
