Great experience! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service was quick even during a busy time, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were great for the quality. Definitely one of the better fast-food spots—will be coming back!

It was a dope little stop. No traffic in getting a meal. Customer service was nice, however, there was a bit of understaffing so it did take awhile to get my meal regardless of my stop being an empty one. The food was great eitherway.

Ordered on the app for me and my kids and they played in our face so bad… everything taste like it’s been sitting for HOURS.. mashed potatoes still had the powder in it, Mac and cheese had a spoonful LITERALLY, biscuits taste old.. can’t blame delivery cause they delivered on time and fast! I went through the drive thru today to get myself a Famous Bowl for lunch.
The food was decent, but definitely suffering from ShrinkFlation. There was a ton of corn, but the chicken was lacking.
The person who was working the drive thru sounded really down, which is a bummer.
Overall, it was o.k., but these Famous Bowls aren’t what they once were.

Service doesn’t deserve 1 star, ordered on the app, order said it was ready. When I went to pick up the order I was told by the manager my order shows it’s ready, he brushed me off and didn’t want to talk to the customer, he told me to come back in a few minutes. There were lots of people waiting in the store that ordered in the app, the order said complete and their orders are not ready. I receive my order, go home and I am missing bowl and sandwich from my order. I drive back to the KFC just to be told it’s going to be another few minutes for the sandwich which I could t wait and they refused to give me a refund, I spoke with the manager, he claimed he was the store manager and refused to give the store managers name. I still haven’t got a refund, HIRE BETTER MANAGEMENT AND STAFF so when a problem comes up it can actually be addressed not blown off by a lazy manager.

I had two coupons and purchased two combo meals for $5.99, the cashier wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and charged me regular price for a two piece combo , the manager wasn’t trying to make things right, kept complaining about taking the coupons. He didn’t give me my change back from the order and the customer behind me had to help me pay for the second order. This particular Kentuck Fried Chicken is a hot mess and it is managed poorly. They didn’t give me my change back and I gave them twenty-dollar dollars. The manager and cashier weren’t friendly at all.

Went through drive thru, Totally messed up entire order. after saying it 3 times to make sure they were going to get correct, Were rude when they took the order as if I were a bother, Order extra crispy got regular. Ordered potato wedges got gross fries. If theye were out of wedges they should have said that instead of substituting on their own. Added an additioanal bisquit at window. charged me for it but never got. What a disaster of a lunch. This is not the first time they have royally screwed up my order. Definitely will not be going back and wasting money on food I end up throwing out!!
