Place was clean however server girl did not get order correctly. We supposed to get a cookie and was not given . When taking order server was not pleasant and not pleasant. Place was not crowded hence they should have pay more attention to the customers.Not just to us smilier there was pick up order where customer fortunately checked and informed missing item. Definitely we will not be visiting this outlet.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with fries and a raspberry Brisk iced tea. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed a clear soda instead. After I asked, “Is this the iced tea?” there was no apology—just a quiet swap for the correct drink.
The chicken sandwich was actually pretty good, but the fries were a major letdown. They tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp all day—dry and stale. I also asked for ketchup and honey mustard at the window, but they were forgotten, and I had to ask again to get them.
I also paid nearly $17 for a six-piece chicken tender basket and was disappointed. The tenders were very small, and the flavor was overwhelmed by an overpowering amount of black pepper. For the price, I expected better quality, both in portion size and seasoning balance.

I ordered a very large order and called ahead. The lady who answered was so nice and assured me it wouldn’t take long. It took me 20 minutes to get there and it was hot and ready and waiting for me. Everyone there was very nice. This is the only kfc I will ever go to from now on. My order # was #350103016. Thank you for the awesome service.
