Things on the menu like the sweetcream Dr pepper Don’t even exist and you pay extra for it like I did. LMAO. Besides the slow staff I’m currently next to a lady who was here before I walked in I’m almost finished my five-piece tender box and she still hasn’t got her food and all she has ordered was a simple sandwich meal.
Coleslaw is super cold and half frozen more crunchy than it is even milky I guess they’re trying to charge me extra for sauces that come with my actual meal then reluctantly gave me them after I show them it came with no sauce originally… The biscuit for the first time in multiple years has been actually thoroughly cooked through nothing sloppy inside It usually goops out with
The tenders are extremely small or at least they give you the smallest pieces possible compared to most places this right here was $17 with the additions in things I ordered The extras were like 75 cents max
The least they could have done was fill my fries up to the brim of the holder thingy whatever it comes in
I should have just went to Popeyes I never have a problem there but once again I decide to give this place so another try lol avoid bruv
I wanted to actually order at the register but the guy who has the craziest India accent optimistically advises that I use that instead clearly they were busy but this is why I will show you below why I would rather talk to a person then deal with the setup they have here after 5 minutes of standing at the register clearly looking ready to order I decide to go to the other side of the wall to register or do my order or whatever
Also I specifically said dine-in and they wrap my food up in two different bags like it’s take out

10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while the staff picked and chose who they care to help. Staff was completely belligerent. Spanish lady disgusting language and just completely ignored me the entire time. So after waiting 40 mins finally received my order after I had to ask several employees that acted as if they had no clue what I was ordering! Never had a issue with this KFC until today! if I ever walk back into that KFC and see the same staff, I will immediately walk OUT! THROW THE WHOLE STAFF AWAY! THEY’RE SHAMELESS TO SAY THE LEAST

Let me begin by saying that the customer service at this location just sucks. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family meal + other items. No one was really inside 2pm on a weekday and no one in the line. I was parked by the cashier who later stated she was the manager which I found hard to believe when she conducted herself like an entitled teenager. She told us to pull up because they needed parts of our order. I pulled up 20 minutes later , I checked back through and she gets nasty with me because I said I think you guys forgot about me. She proceeds to tell me that I can wait another 20 minutes because they do not have our order. She then proceeds to shut the drive thru window and begins to talk crap as if we cant hear her. I asked for a refund and left. I know KFC and any other chain restaurants hire responsible managers. I would do a check up on this, either the real manager was not around or the standards have been lowered. I would not go there again

I am a huge critic when it comes to customer service. I walked in for carry out today. OMG! I felt like I was home. Every person working at this restaurant treated me like more than just a customer. Everyone was happy and very pleasant. One of the best fastfood experiences I’ve had in 43 yrs. Thanks you, guys. You made my day that much better

It’s good but these days they dont have grilled, their machine is broken so I can’t really blame them, but I do hope they get it fixed fast.

I went through the drive through and for the first time in what feels like forever I was greeted by a cashier who made eye contact with me and asked how my day was, thanked me for coming into KFC, introduced herself and everything. You rarely get that type of service and experience at any fast food restaurant. Great Job Roynette, thank you for a good experience!
