Can’t believe as an easy job these people can’t remember to add a side biscuit to my meal. And not only that the meals here do not come with a drink . So not only do they not put my biscuit in the bag I pay for a meal that doesn’t include a drink. They charge a leg for 4.34 so two legs were literally almost 9 dollars and the meal with 2 legs was 5 dollars no drink included you would think that they would tell you that when ordering at the window. I hate how rude people are now and how they can’t remember what to put in a to go bag so now what they are going to say come back tomorrow for your biscuit no one is going to do that but that is a good part of your meal right/? I try to call them to complain and of course they do not pick up the phone . …. so sick of petty attitudes over what to order or them not putting food in a bag. You know damn sure when they are bringing food home to their family they won’t forget food . The owner seems to not care .

Horrible experience. me and 10 other people, both waiting to order and waiting for our orders to be fulfilled waited at least 20 minutes and got NOTHING. I left the middle of the line because I was there for 20 minutes and didn’t even get a chance to order. No sense of urgency from the employees. Horrible experience, would not eat here again.

Ordered online for the 8 piece of 4 legs and 4 thighs. Not only did they short me a piece of chicken but I got 6 legs and 1 thigh. The food was barely warm!! Called 9 times to complain and no one answers the phone!! I am not happy.

to start the employees were scratching their heads and playing with their hair without gloves, then proceeded to start preparing customers food without gloves and did not wash their hands. got home and my chicken sandwich was literally raw. after taking a few bites, i noticed the pink and have been sick ever since.

The worker taking my order did not listen to me no matter how many times we said which meal we wanted and even pointed at the picture. We got the completey wrong order and she was confusing as well as confused. She had upset a few other customers after me as well. The chicken we had gotten was overcooked yet squishy on the inside. I hope this place improves and employees pay attention better.

Disappointing Takeout Experience!
I recently ordered at KFC of Bristol and was quite disappointed with the service. While the food look great felt like lesser quality than a gas station French fries were cold chicken was medium warm. I question how long this food sits under a warmer. The beverage service was completely unacceptable. I was served the wrong drink, and instead of correcting the mistake, the staff insisted that I purchase another drink. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable establishment. It was a frustrating experience that left a negative impression. For something that cost cents why wouldn’t you correct that?. This is why KFC’s going out of business. Absolutely horrible service. I’m diabetic I can’t drink that.. I’m going to go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes from now on. The horrible service actually got me to turn around and take pictures of how clean this restaurant is
If your floors look like that how clean are the counters? not only that if the food’s cold how long is it been out?Hope corporate reaches out cuz I got plenty to say. Word of advice It’s time to take KFC back into corporate hands get rid of the franchises and bring back everything you were.. I grew up in a restaurant and let me tell you if it ever looked like that I wouldn’t have a job.. I think it’s really convenient how I can’t upload the photos of the kitchen
