My husband and I dined in at KFC in Bristol today. The service was top notch. I got 3 chicken tenders/ fries/drink/$10.99. My husband got 6 tenders only /$15.99. They were the scrawniest pieces of chicken, all crunchy batter for $28.00!!!Tyson’s frozen chicken strips are 100 times better. KFC prices have increased dramatically and the quality of the chicken is poor. We won’t be back!!!!

I should have learned my lesson from the last three orders….as they say “it’s hard to get good help nowadays” ! So, how hard is it to read ( CORRECTLY) an order that was placed online?? My order was simple, nothing special, no notes placed, just chose options available to customers. My son HATES gravy and I ordered the option given for “Mashed Potatoes No gravy.” * he has sensory issues … doorDash delivered my order in record time then, as I was unpacking the food, I noticed, of course potatoes with gravy. I immediately called the store and the rude man said to me (after I told him about my gravy mashed potatoes), “ hold on !” **and then he never came back!!! From then on the phone number was constantly busy… I concur with Joe Pesci from Lethal Weapon… One does “get F’d in the drive-through!!!”

The Indian lady at the drive thru window was like appalled because she seen someone in my car was smoking a cigarette. She was afraid to touch the food bag that she handed me from her window she arched back and covered he nose with her other had and it was kind of rude and made me feel really badly about even going there to eat. We almost didn’t even stay for the food and just drove away because she even said it’s nasty and was making faces and had someone else hand out the drinks . It was just a horrible experience for me and my friends the wraps are bland they come with 2 pickles one squeeze line of mayo sauce and a chicken finger that’s it. No lettuce no tomato no cheese and dry. Do not recommend.

Had big problems ordering from app. Dont order much from KFC due to the grease. But whatever oil this kfc used has a horrible taste and feel. It was definitely reused many times but I equate it to Valvoline!! We have become Ill from this place before but kfc has gone lower than ever. 20+ years ago used to be such a treat. Nope.
