I placed a large online order, waited 45 minutes, then drove from North Granby to pick it up—only to be told the order hadn’t even been started. When I asked how long it would take, the response was, “I can’t tell you.”
So after waiting, paying, and driving, I’m just supposed to stand there and guess? That response was beyond disrespectful—it was dismissive and unprofessional.
Instead of owning the mistake or communicating like an adult, I was handed a random sandwich and told, “I didn’t hear anything,” as if that excused wasting my time. No apology. No estimate. Just attitude.
I deliberately went out of my way to support a place I used to frequent when I lived nearby. This experience is exactly why people stop supporting businesses like this—because loyalty is met with arrogance and zero accountability.
If you don’t respect customers’ time or money, don’t offer online ordering. Simple.
I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My God! After waiting for over an hour, my food was missing the 6 wings from the meal (received the drink & wedges), then the other meal had hair on it! Wedges were old and gross, just poor service!

Really hate when staff is dismissive or sound like you’re aggravating THEM by being a customer. Gentlemen didn’t communicate well, was short, slightly sarcastic and a tad bit rude and condescending. The food was really good nonetheless

Terrible place to go. Items are always missing. Worker’s attitudes especially the Manager’s, is awful and the drive though is just as worse. My family and I wait months, even years thinking service would improve along with new management, but nope, same folks. Unfortunately, this KFC should be shut down.

My large mash potatoes came with a “little extra!” Can you spot the hair!!!??? I’m going to go to the bathroom now and heave! I should have asked for some mash with that hair! Never again! Nunca!
