I’m just so confused how a place gets shut down for health food violations. Rebuilds, reopens, and barely sells food.
We went there today because wedges are back. I get my wedges. There’s one huge one and three tiny ones in an order? Looking nothing like what’s advertised. Prior to this the food is always over cooked, they never have anything. How is Kentucky Fried Chicken out of chicken? so frequently? If it’s not the chicken it’s the fries, the Mac n cheese, and/or all of the above.
It’s so disappointing because the KFC in other areas is not like this at all, but after getting these “wedges” I’m definitely not going back….. not worth the money or time.

Stopped in here for dinner with my little brother while visting killington hoping for a decent bite to eat. The food was very hot , our orders were correct with all items ( including extra sauce ) & the food was fantastic. Staff was super nice & outgoing!

Ordered a 16 piece family meal ($60 something after tax) what I got was 12 wings! They are also VERY dry. The store had no gravy, the mashed potatoes and Cole slaw containers were not full, no butter or honey for biscuits.

First time stopping by in years. The drive through was out of service so I decided to go in- all I wanted was a side order of mac and cheese. There were two people in line ahead of me (a woman paying for her order and a man waiting to place an order). While waiting in line one of the two employees who were working came to the registers to announce that they were out of chicken tenders- which turned into a lengthy back and forth between the workers about what they were going to do. After the woman paid she went to get a drinks and both employees vanished to the back. I overheard the woman say that the fountain sodas were coming out clear and needed to be refilled- but no one was around to fix the issue. Me and the man in front of me stood at the register waiting for someone to come back and take our orders and I ended up walking out after almost 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come back to the registers.
The restaurant wasn’t super clean, the uniforms both employees were wearing had food stains all over them and looked gross and disheveled, food wasn’t prepped, and the sodas were essentially water. Service and staffing were minimal to non-existent. All and all pretty disappointed and it will probably be at least another few years before I attempt to order from there again- if ever.

Management must be terrible at this place. Drive thru is consistently down and unresponsive, food is overpriced and low quality. It’s a shame that this is the best they can offer.

I didn’t know KFC is sold chicken jerky. These chicken tenders were so old and dry that I could floss my teeth with them. I threw them away. What a waste of money. I see why the parking lot is always empty.

It took 35 mins to get 2 large cole slaw and a large Mac and cheese at 6 pm. And when I asked why it was so slow, the manager said it’s cause it’s Tuesday. And chicken is on special. Yet, they had only 4 ppl working and 2 went out for a smoke break during the time I was there. Drive thru was backed up around the building, and the 5 orders inside took an average of 40.mins to be completed. Eleanor was amazing, and if it wasn’t for her, orders were not being filled.

I just picked up my takeout order, almost everything is wrong. Half the food is missing, the fries are so salty they are inedible, the sandwiches are just dry bread with a piece of soggy chicken thrown on, the sprite is just seltzer water.. no flavoring at all and there are no sauces, napkins or utensils. Even if they are busy no place should mess up this bad after spending over $70. On my way back to try to get the order replaced. I have my doubts though with the winners that work in the store.

I had a terrible experience today….that will not have me come back anytime soon. It took 45 minutes to get me order……that I ordered online. I get there and there are like 20 people ahead of me that got their food before me…..that didn’t preorder. I was told they ran out of white chicken. How does a KFC do that at 6pm? Incompetence I suppose. Food quality was ok…..just super frustrating to get the food. I would rather go somewhere that actually cares about service.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…..is my recommendation.

Absolutely terrible excuse for KFC! We waited years for this branch to open again, and it is terrible! It was better last year. The Extra Crispy was dark, like old used oil, and tasted like it was burned. The “crispy” was hard as a rock. Even screwed up our 16-piece order; no thighs at all! It was way overcooked. I will NOT go there again, and if you like chicken at all, or KFC the way it is supposed to be, you WON’T go here!
