Every single time I come here there’s something wrong with my order whether they forget something they make something completely wrong or they don’t give me silverware. This time I ordered a K 15 which is a spicy chicken sandwich. All I got was a chicken patty on a bun with very little mayo on it. I tried to call and they won’t even answer the phone.

Terrible service, and product. We were frequent customers until our recent visit. When we arrived at 930pm the business was closed and employees long gone, although the hours listed on the door still says 10pm, as well as the official corporate website. I complained, and after several back and forth attempts, I finally spoke to the store manager Jessica Gordon. She called me twice, but every time I tried to return her call it rang and rang until the fax machine picked up. It wasn’t until I just repeatedly dialed the number she gave me, until anyone answered the phone. She apologized and explained that they have different winter hours and close at 9pm on weekdays other than Friday and Saturday during the winter, and gave us a free Family fill-up, which I was pleased with. She filled out a certificate for the meal, so we could pick it up in the next couple days.
When we went to pick it up, Jessica had already gone home for the evening, but the shift manager was extremely rude, and seemed to take offense to that we were being given the complimentary meal and proceeded to give us the absolute worst chicken they could provide. She actually scolded another employee for mistakenly including a cake as part of a different combo, which we ended up paying for because it looked good. Unfortunately, the pictures confirm what we got. Half of the chicken was barely larger than a quarter, which I used for perspective in the pictures, and the mashed potatoes were squished to the point of the containers bursting out the bottom and they didn’t close the box of potato wedges, so they were cold, and undercooked to begin with. Really terrible way to treat a repeat customer, and no wonder your ratings are so low!

The manager who worked on 2/7/25 is very rude, racist and disrespectful. She said her name was Lee-Ann, which I’m sure was lie. I went in to use the texted coupon that kfc sends out, which I’ve used several of times. She told me that they don’t accept those coupons. I mentioned that I used them before with no issue, her response “no you didn’t “, I was there for 15 mins trying to get her to accept my coupon. Ended up driving over to Farmington, and they accepted it with no issues. Sad I had to drive so far just to use something the company sends out. Avoid Skowhegan KFC at all cost. Red hat needs to go.

Ordered family meal and they thought it would be a good idea to cram the chicken I. The the boxes instead of the bucket style almost lost the whole order from grease running out of the bag. Ordered extra crispy and got original tried calling to lodge a complaint and phone rings off the hook will not return they have gone down hill drastically

I ordered a four piece special with one breast two thighs, one leg and two individual coleslaw‘s. as usual the coleslaw containers were not full, which I’m sure it’s probably done by weight but sometimes I get full Sometimes I don’t consistency is a key.The chicken is very dry and ivercooked and very small pieces why is it so hard to get good chicken? Wish I could post a picture

When you call the restaurant no one answers the phone this is not a way to run a business . I went there at 10 pm and online it said it was open till 11 the doors were locked to go inside there’s no hours listed on the door also not a way you should be running your business. so you wouldn’t know if they have lobby hours so if you went there at 10 and the doors were locked with hours listed at least you know . One of the employees there was very rude I believe they were assistant manger and another customer noticed her being rude and rolled her eyes at this employee. Seems like to me kfc in skowhegan doesn’t value customers. If you call a business with a question and that business just let’s the phone ring when there clearly are workers there that’s a good way to lose customers but it seems like they don’t care .

So did a walk in order at 7pm on Sunday Oct. 13th. When asked for a 16pc meal. I asked for all Original, was told “No, it’s going to be half Original and half Extra Crispy”. I asked why and was told I had no other option because they were not planning on cooking any more chicken. When I returned home, I found all 8 biscuits stuffed on top of my chicken in a bucket. They were completely squished. Both sides of Mashed Potatoes were only half of the round container. Barely enough for a single serving. Considering We paid almost $56 for the meal and being told what we had to take is bull! Tried calling to speak with someone regarding the issue and the line was constantly busy. I don’t plan on ever going back or recommending this location.
