My mother in-law went thru the drive thru around 1:30pm-2:00pm on Friday 11/28/2025. She ordered the Nashville Hot Tenders, asked for the Nashville Hot multiple times. She went around to the window and paid. After paying she confirmed they were Nashville Hot. The lady advised you can only order them online? Like what… Then the man working(Short, thin and was wearing glasses), who was the manager confirmed they did not have the Nashville Hot. Upon hearing this my Mother in-law asked for her money back…. She was then berated by the manager working. He yelled at her, saying the F word and slammed the window all because she didn’t want normal tenders and wanted her money back. He then did not give her the full refund and said “Leave now because I have a line of cars.” I don’t know if he was having a bad day, if he hates his life or what but that is not how you treat someone who was being nice and did not want to cause any issues, just simply wanted her money back. This all could have been avoided if when she was ordering they told her they did not have the Nashville Hot. I think the franchise owner needs to take a hard look at who they employ. Customers deserve better than that and we will never be back to this KFC ever……. I’m not saying he needs fired but he definitely needs trained on customer service especially as a manger.

My husband brought food home from the drive through when my food was missing. Tyler B was awesome! He fixed my meal without any question and honor three days later , as we live about an hour away. Friendly staff, most of the time clean restaurant. And Good management

Last time attempting to give these guys a chance. Trash food, trash attitudes.. I appreciate the female manager attempting to make it right, but heard the gentleman talking badly about me on the phone in background. No worries, lesson learned and will take my business elsewhere ! Missing items, ice cold items..and this was after 30 minutes of waiting to correct it in the first place! Wish I could post the photos.. all in the trash where it belongs.

As a doordasher, this is my least favorite store in town to deliver for in the entire town. Terrible food, terrible service, and workers that dont care about their drivers or customers. Today was my last straw- after waiting over 20+ minutes in the drive through (for which I am not paid for my time) they told me that the order which should have been complete more than 15 minutes ago was not even started. They then asked me to pull to the back of the line AGAIN so I could be financially penalized AGAIN for their mistake. Absolutely they do not care about the people in their drive through, and they locked the lobby early so that we cannot use it. They do not care about the food, service, customers, anything. Go to Applebee’s for their wings, at least they apologize for a 20 minute wait…

My Baja blast had no syrup just carbonated water. The fry’s were soggy. Every time I go there it always takes forever for me to get my food even if they are not busy. I’ve also have had multiple problems ordering from them with DoorDash. Sucks the other one is in Augusta

I’m a doordasher so I see/deal with the mistakes and problems this KFC/Taco Bell has. Besides what i see on a nightly basis with Doordash though I have consistently had items missing from my own orders. Never getting food from here again this is easily one of the worst food places in the Waterville area

Horrible place. Of our handful of visits, literally always something wrong with our order.

Tonight, even though we agreed this place is terrible, and we would be disappointed, we swung by.

They forgot my fries, gave me the wrong wraps, and the wraps were poorly made and disgusting.

There’s a big “NO REFUNDS” sign on the window. That’s not normal. They’re clearly aware of how garbage they are.

Easily the worst fast food place I’ve ever encountered.

Went to location to order a 12 piece bucket. I was told it would be a 90minute wait, they did not have chicken. This was at 5 pm. Can you imagine going to Macdonalds for a burger and are told they did not have burgers.

MR “MAC&CHEESE”
This place is horrible. Things are broken in the soda machine. The restroom stinks badly
Portions are out of this world ! So little for such price.
Thanks to Billy and his great customer service in such bad work environment. He has such a pleasant approach to bad situations that he is the reason why I’m leaving 3 stars. Hopefully, management will read this and give Billy a raise or gift card for gus service!
