We went here for wife birthday dinner. We ordered 12 piece chicken strip meal. We didn’t get what we wanted. Got some chicken that was cut like strips but weren’t chicken strips. Brought the box of food back and talked to a manager. He gave me 12 chicken strips. This isn’t the first time with them. The last time was raw chicken. This is my last time.

20minute wait in drive thru (with only 4 cars ahead) Rude lady at first window, middle aged, short blonde hair. Gave exact cash and change, slammed window and walked away…I Drive forward, got out meal. Everything was there and hot, was hopeful this time. Got home started eating, chicken in famous bowl had an off taste. My boyfriend got a pot pie, was enjoying it very much until he started choking on this bone!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Despite standing at the window for about 10 minutes, multiple employees refused to wait on us or even acknowledge us. The employees behind the line in particular, were complaining about drive through customers, and used the “F’ word no less than 10 times while we stood there. We walked out without even speaking to anyone or getting any food. Save yourself the trip, eat ANYWHERE else.

KFC accepts a uber eats order then “prepares order” then once the driver comes to pick it up they apparently don’t have what anything we ordered, how does that even make sense? pretty sure they just put the order off until closing and said they didn’t have anything when we ordered about an hour before closing

Yes, this is fast food. But this KFC has to be one of the cleanest ones I have ever been in. The service was prompt and efficient and the food was very good. Make sure to check the daily on line specials. We saved $12 on a 16 piece dinner by purchasing two 8 piece buckets at $10 special price and ordering the sides separately.

Diablo chicken was served hot and fresh. Great sauce to pickle ratio. It was great. Fries were really warm but chicken nuggets were cold in the chicken big box. It was clean inside and the manager even checked on us.

Blonde lady handing stuff out of the window has an attitude and kept aggressivly handing us the bags. We had two orders and she kept handing us our stuff saying have a good day but it wasnt even all of it. Everytime i tried to say what we were missing shed cut us off and hand us something else but not listen to what else we were missing. Also my chicken looked like it wasnt fried enough. They always mess up my order last time I ordered kfc for the family. I got 6 biscuits I was supposed to get 8 and they were hard as a rock. Also I asked for a bucket with half original recipe and half extra crispy and it was all extra crispy. This isn’t the first time they screwed up either this has happened multiple times.

The manager at this store is just the rudest. I just spent 35$ on chicken tenders an all of them were stuck together undercooked with the breading soggy and falling off. But she said nothings wrong with them!!! On top of the food problems the whole store smelled like pee. This place is just disgusting along with management.
