I went through drive-through, ordered a combo meal and then afterwards realised I needed to get a couple biscuits as well. Upon arriving at the window, I apologised for the inconvenience, and asked if they could add two biscuits. I know it’s inconvenient for them to go back and add items, so I apologised at least twice for making them go back and potentially hold up the line. This is what I received. Mind you, the biscuits were supposed to be for a snack for my child in the backseat. How is he supposed to comfortably eat that?? One of the biscuits was simply crushed and breaking in multiple spots, but you can see the other one is completely mangled. They didn’t give me a bag, and the napkins and receipt were shoved inside the box as well. It felt passive aggressive and honestly was terrible packing and service. I sincerely hope they don’t treat all customers that mildly inconvenience them this way.

Worse KFC meal ever. Extra crispy chicken was very greasy. This chicken has sat for too long before sake. The biscuits went in the trash since they were completely dried out. Very disappointed.

Ordered 4 taco items and a Mexican pizza and paid $29 dollars. Got 3 items unwrapped and all over the bag and the pizza sliding out of the box. I have to return and wait for a remake – I get 2 chalupas and a Mexican pizza and one of the chalupas was empty!! Won’t be returning and neither should you.

We decided to try this KFC to compare to Canadian restaurants. The service was good. Quite quick, but pretty much sterile robotic service.
The food was…..fair. I can’t knock it because I knew going in, it was greasy fast food.
How did it compare to Canada? Truth is….they are both about the same. Not great at what they do.
It seems to be busy for those who want their chicken.

I had gone through the drive thru and order two spicy potato tacos and two beef potato grillers. They made everything else okay. But left out the beef on the beef potato grillers. I proceeded to call them TEN times no answer

If you can make it through the 45 minute wait for fried chicken it was certainly low quality I could see in the kitchen and I could not believe what they were walking around on(food)not just a health hazard and safety hazard nine people cannot wait anymore and got up and left thus putting us to the front of the line incorrect order paid for all white meat got whatever they normally put in the in the three-piece dinner had to go back and ask for the third piece all the soft drinks were out so we ended up drinking water but paid for a soft drink…….

We had to ask for napkins. Then she only gave us 1. Had to explain we were 2 people. She said she will get yelled at if she gives too many out. Tacos were ICE COLD. Then the lady at the window was complaining about customers right in front of us…wow. container of Mac side was extra tiny and not even 3 TBS. Worst lunch ever 🙁 1st time I was here in 15 years since I found a condom wrapped on the chicken strips in our orders. #DONE #kfc

This is the KFC/Taco Bell located in Presque Isle Maine. This place is crazy busy at lunchtime seven days a week! We don’t get into town that often but when we do we try to stop by and get a treat. My daughter goes specifically for the chicken pot pies which if you don’t get there early I understand you don’t get one! The staff is great there and I wish that the customer showed better appreciation. The store is known for giving people with disabilities a job. They hire adults on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities and they treat them with respect and give them a chance to earn a living. I was surprised how people come in, customers, and are disrespectful if they have to repeat their order or go a little slower. The store is a model for inclusion.
It’s worth a stop in – they always seem to have a smile on their face even when it is crazy busy and they are Waiting on supplies from a delivery. We are really far up in Northern Maine and supplies tend to get here when they get here. Please be patient and support local businesses and franchises
