We spent over 54.00 dollars. The chicken nuggets were old and dry on all 3 meals. The fries weren’t even full like not even half, and they are really salty. Most of the sodas were out. We will not be back. It was not worth the money we spent. The cashier was very pleasant. The order wasn’t complete either. They didn’t add the gravy for the large potatoes we ordered. Very disappointed

Ordered a 20 piece meal for family. Man fixing the food didn’t want to fill order completely because he didn’t want to run out and have to make more. My large sides were filled like smalls and the young cashier with glasses wouldn’t help rectify the problem. A nicer employee came out eventually and told her employee he needed to fill the orders appropriately.

Ordered a large meal and got it in a minute or less which was really quick! Also very good food and satisfied and will definitely come back. I’d avoid the Bangor location due to 40+ minute waits, raw food and cracked out people working and messing up every order.

They should probably take the sign out of the window that says “no refunds, we guarantee we will make your order right.” Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Twice in the last month or so I’ve had to waste half my lunch break driving back to the restaurant to get my sandwich made the way I order it. Both times it was correct on the receipt but apparently the people making the food lack reading skills or just don’t care.

I’ve never seen such pathetic customer service in my life! I was in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes and waited at the window for over five minutes. In the meantime, nobody was even coming out to take my money and I could see my meal sitting there getting cold. Finally someone pokes to head out because I laid on my horn and asked me what the problem was? Seriously, what the problem was? I told him I had been waiting in line for quite some time, and I wanted my meal. They were glad to take my money , but they offered no condolences in any way. So much for fast food! At least Burger King gave me a free meal when this happened. I never even got an apology from this place. I won’t be going back or recommending that restaurant.

What the heck….I’m sorry but whoever pulled this out and put it in the box should have known better. KFC can afford to lose one lousy pot pie, but sending this out to a customer should have been avoided. Also, I ordered and paid for the combo meal and didn’t get my cookie.
