* I have news for you.
The experience at the Seabrook, N.H. , KFC / Taco Bell, is better than anyone could ever imagine.
The restaurant is very, very clean. So are even the restrooms. The machinery is always being maintained properly and the food is as fresh as anyone could want
Crispy chicken is the best I’ve ever tasted in New Hampshire.
And the atmosphere of the bright and clean dining area is outstanding
The music they play is truly real toe tapping soft music that you actually know the words to. We’ve eaten here many times and see people actually humming along and singing to some of the songs.
The food is fantastic,
the service is exquisite,
And the management truly appreciates you eating there at their restaurant
Overall it is a wonderful experience for lunch for dinner….

I’m very disappointed with KFC located on Lafayette Rd Seabrook NH. I ordered an 8 piece meal. When I got home opened the bucket I had only 7 pieces. The chicken was very close to being burnt. Was extremely dry. The place was very dirty. Saw many customers asking where their order was or where was the rest of their order. Behind the counter which is very visible to customers was just as dirty as the rest of the place. I know kitchens can get dirty but when it’s an open kitchen it should not get to the degree of dirty that I saw. Pretty sure I won’t be visiting that store in the near future.

We did a mobile order and waited inside to pick it up and eat in. The order tracker indicated it was ready. I went to the counter, and they had no such order. It was either given to the wrong customer or never started in the first place. I was told the order tracker saying it was ready really didn’t mean anything.
This store had lots of young help who seemed to be struggling at their jobs.
While waiting another 15 minutes for the order I already waited 20 minutes for, I couldn’t help but notice the filthy condition of the soda fountain, and floor in the grill areas. Lots of food and spills on the floor. Just before I got my food, I saw a grill slip fall off the grill and into the fryolator, and no one even bat an eye.
Our food was mostly good, though my girlfriend’s chicken was pretty dry, and the portions of fries were good, but tiny.

Wish I could give a no star. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, they said they didn’t have any chicken. None, no original or extra crispy. What kind of KFC doesn’t have chicken???? When I asked for help cancelling my order, they just said you have to do it online. When I tried to do that (had to use their chat bot to reach someone), they gave me a case number and said please contact again shortly. This is BS

I ordered from here tonight. We were missing half of our order. And our chicken was old and undercooked. Because we have had to complain about this location 2 times in the past Door Dash now won’t refund us for our food. I then contacted KFC and told them about the undercooked food, and being ripped off, and the lady called me a liar and was extremely rude to me.
So because I don’t play games like that, I went ahead and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and included photos of my undercooked chicken along with proof we are missing half of our food.
I also included in the report how their place is EXTREMELY dirty and they don’t use proper food safety techniques. This place is going to end up making someone EXTREMELY sick or Kill them.
I will also be calling the KFC tomorrow and reporting the girl who was rude to me directly.
