Short on people and the ones that are here have really bad attitudes. The drive through is faster than coming inside for some reason.
They locked the doors so no more people would come inside. The older woman behind the counter was extremely rude to the customers.

Well, went there on 10/3/2025 around 6:30 PM and left at 7:15 PM… Without our food. They still didn’t made it. They were short staffed, unable to function and they were only helping and serving customers that ordered through Taco Bell. I’ve never seen an operation so disfunctional. A customer was waiting for 1 hour, before they asked for a refund. I didn’t. For $25 bucks I just left. Gave this place a try… But for obvious reasons I will never come back. Was the food good? I don’t know never received it.

If I could have gave it a zero I would have!! I was just there 10 minutes ago and ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich combo and a side of coleslaw. Of course they only gave me the sandwich, NO FRIES, charged separately for a soda and a small container of coleslaw with no silverware lol. Yall don’t pay attention to detail. Wont go here again with idiots who can’t get a simple order correct smh.

The place wasn’t that busy, however, the trash cans were all full and not emptied. In general there was trash on the floor and tables that were empty were dirty. There was enough staff on duty that someone should have been out in the dining area cleaning. The food was also way overpriced. It will be the last time we eat here.

The people that work there are the most unfriendly people ever unless you get the manager personally then he is very nice. He needs to open his eyes to what his workers are doing around him. Those people are miserable and the service is very, very slow.

Waited in line for 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They finally give me my food and when I got home I see they just threw 2 chicken tenders in a bun… for 6$ that’s robbery. Don’t charge someone full price for something you don’t have!!!

I would rate a zero if an option rude old old female cashier zero help from her was told ” I dont know what to tell you when your food will be ready” also told as soon as we walked in there was a long wait because 6 on line orders. No customers inside waiting on food.

Read the reviews, took my chance. Went in and ordered some pieces of chicken. Everything went well. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go to take to somebody that was working at home. I didn’t open the bag to check. This was a mistake. The reviews warned me of the workers at this KFC. I didn’t listen.
The food item in the bag could not be called a sandwich. It was a sad, limp scrap of chicken, wrapped up in a stiff broken tortilla, with a 2 pickle slices. My drive was long enough, that driving back to return this trash and would cost me more. So I guess that’s it for my money. I’ve attatched a picture of the garbage item, the chicken is missing because at least the dog had a good snack. Never coming back here again.

This place should close immediately. We walked in and ordered very simple things and they are delivered wrong items, items were not even close. We got a chicken breast with human hair on it. We peuked after. I’m contacting the KFC investigating team and I’m not stop fighting this until this place gets closed.
