Horrible service we ordered the new meal large and got a small frie literally half full. Got two sides of nacho cheese one had two covers and was open and the other was also open and completely upside down.and when we called asking for a refund they thought we would want them to remake it again as if they didn’t already mess up. And asked us to drive all the way back In a truck with no plans to pay for gas. How is it our responsibility to fix your mistake trying to make us go out of our way with a baby to let you look that the problem and just remake the food when it should have been checked before it left the store. Absolutely ridiculous I’m surprised Eric is still in business.

I was there today and and it was the worst service. The so called manager was rude and chose to ignore the customers to the point others were leaving. The fries tasted like someone dumped the total salt shaker on them, the biscuit was cold that might of been because I also was being ignored as I was waiting to just ask for butter. But the manager and a young kid who both noticed people waiting chose to chitchat rather than do their jobs.

Oh KFC, how I hate to love this place. Chain restaurant with fair quality. The service isn’t always the best, but somehow I can’t seem to resist the Colonels secret blend of spices now and again. You won’t find healthy items on the menu, just fried chicken in various forms and the usual sides. I indulge rarely and hate myself afterward for eating so poorly, but I end up going back again eventually.

Very RUDE customer service, dirty, slow, out of drink lids, counter tops not wiped down, gross burnt mac and cheese, ice cold corn, screwed up my order three different ways, run by teenagers with attitudes (“you ordered the two piece family meal or whatever?”), will NEVER go here again!! Avoid this rat hole like the plague!!!
