Service is very slow. There were senior customers standing and waiting at the register without anyone taking their order. Not everyone is tech-savvy or comfortable using kiosks. You need more staff available to take orders and to be more attentive and sympathetic toward our senior community. I’m writing this review while I’m waiting on my order that I placed at the kiosk 30 minutes ago. SMH

We ordered a 12 peace chicken meal. Half crispy half original. We got home there were no biskests. The chicken was old and soggy all the sides were old and not even hot. We will not be going back to KFC ever again.

The female who took my order was polite, smiling and patient. The male who made my order was also polite smiling and made sure I had everything, I needed (utensils napkins) asked me if I needed any sauce ( which I did) and when I got home and opened it, it was hot, moist and crispy ( cooked to perfection!) Thank you to KFC for making me and my son’s Friday night dinner perfect!

KFC is always been a potato wedge kinda store with it’s chicken, when they changed to fries. Really why you can’t go from wedges to fries. I’ll just get my wedges from Dave’s market and chicken from KFC. 5 stars for the crew doing an outstanding job. Thank you

I went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. I ordered the 16-piece bucket value meal. When I got home I opened up both containers that had mac and cheese in them and they both look like the food must have been sitting there since this morning because of how thick and pasty looking. Plus both containers were filled with what looks like somebody already had taking bites out of them and where filled only halfway. This is what $40.00 get you at the KFC on Atwood in Johnston..

Ordered chicken tender strips, too much fat on them, didn’t get the coleslaw. Employee said wait in my car it’ll be ready in 3 minutes, I had to go inside after 10 minutes and ask for my order, they never started it. 5 employees walking around I had to wait for 5 minutes and asked for help 3 time’s before they saw me at the counter . NEVER going BACK to that KFC on Atwood ave johnston ri again. Service and food is terrible.

Today, February 19, my wife and I decided to try the new and improved KFC on Atwood Avenue in Johnston. It was me her and another older couple in the restaurant. The rap music was playing so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. I asked the person at the counter if they could turn it down, we record here they said yes They turned it down a little bit and then turned it right back up. We had to actually leave and go eat in the car because the noise was so loud that you couldn’t hear a word and on the way out, I asked to speak to the manager, who probably was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I know it’s hard to get people to work, but we will never step foot back in the place
