This spot is always a go to for my lunch at work. The food is great always fresh, the customer service is amazing. Especially the person at the drive thru. I’m pretty sure his name was Charles. He’s always so polite and well mannered any day I go. Definitely should go to this one if you’re in the area!

I ordered the 8pc meal and chose 2lg mashed potatoes and gravy as the 2 large sides. I asked for crispy chicken and added 2 lg coleslaw. Everything came out to $45.98!!! Both large mashed potatoes were super watery and weren’t large portions. It looked like they ran out of instant mix and already had the water boiling then put 1 spoon of potatoes in each bowl. I don’t even know what to say about the coleslaw. And the biscuits were so hard that I literally was knocking on my counter with it and my sister could hear the knocks over the phone!! The soggy chicken that was supposed to be crispy was dry. The only thing that was good was the gravy. Never will I ever go back to taunton ave. And then the guy who was in the drive thru was trying to do his job when one of his rude co-workers tried to take over him to be rude to me when he was doing perfectly fine. I don’t know your name sir but stay strong with that rude co worker.

Just left there picking up lunch. Placed order ahead and it was ready when I got there and still hot when I made it back to the office. Guy with dreads helped me with my order and assured me everything was just made. Very nice fellow!! My go to lunch spot!!

The food has been ok but the service is terrible 1st time coming in I met with Greg who I assume is the manager or at least was the shift lead when I came in, I ordered a family size bucket 12pc his response was I don’t have enough chicken at 6:30pm on Saturday, I said well what do you have just seemed at this point he did not want to make the order out of sheer laziness, I said how long for more basically continues to tell me that at kfc he doesn’t enough chicken, I continue to talk with him he lightens up an then tells me he can complete order so he had enough chicken he just didn’t want to complete the order the food was good but I shouldn’t have too prod for my order at kfc on a Saturday night you should be fully stocked, after joking around with him for a minute he decided he was gonna complete the order but initially was going to tell me he didn’t enough chicken the staff at this location seems to be terrible the food itself was fine but to tell a customer on Saturday night that you can’t complete a simple order bc at kfc your out of chicken when your not is unacceptable especially from the manager

I stopped in the drive-through around 6:30 pm with only one car ahead of me I waited at least 15 mins just to get through the whole transaction. I ordered the saucy nuggets and I was informed that this deal was coming to an end. That they could give me plain ones with sauce on the side. I felt like I was getting attitude from the people taking my order. I only order one thing. The service was slow and I don’t get why when there is only one car in front of me. I even overheard that car had to pull aside and wait for their order. I felt like the customer service was lacking. I stopped by a 2nd time at a different time and date. I got the same thing but much faster. I didn’t get a spork, so I was in a drive through for several minutes until someone noticed.

Giving this review because not only is the location usually on point, but they have the most nicest, sweetest, an attentive lady at the window, shes older but is very kind, welcoming, and full of spirit, on top of the order always being quick and efficient with no issues, I hope this makes it back to her, she definitely deserves a raise and is a standard for how we should all be as people.

This place is horrible, 10 minutes of standing staring at the employees behind the counter before i was even aknowledged. Picking up a called in order that wasnt started untill well after i was finally aknowledged. The place is dirty trash clothing and grime everywhere. The back of house was even grosser. Its not like they were busy 1 car in drive through and 1 couple in the dining room….until a poor woman came in and stood there another 10 minutes before being aknowledged
