I haven’t been to a KFC in years. I wasn’t impressed with the service or food. After a very poor experience at Popeyes on Diamond Hill Rd I thought I’d give KFC a try. Well KFC, you suck too. I ordered the 3pc Big Box combo. I specifically asked for two breasts and a wing, extra crispy. Girl
said no problem. I get home and not only does it look like it was from lunchtime (it’s now almost 4pm) but it’s an original breast, wing and drumstick. I hate drumsticks. The biscuit also looks like it’s old and over baked. So sad that people can’t follow simple instructions. Even sadder that they don’t sell fresh food. I won’t be returning to that place again. I don’t know if it’s everywhere that sucks or just Woonsocket but if you want delish fresh food, cook it yourself or go to another location because this one is no bueno

ONE QUESTION ??? HOW COME THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING GLOVES WHILE MAKING FOOD OR PUTTING FODD TOGETHER. SHOULDN’T GLOVES BE WOREN WHILE AROUND FOOD. WHAT IF SOMEONE HAS A CUT ON THEIR FINGER AND THE BANADE FALLS OFF OR SOMETHING. I WAS THERE TODAY NO ONE HAD GLOVES ON.

KFC is, in my opinion, the best fast food facility for quality. It’s a refreshing break from the usual burgers and fries that overwhelm every corner of every block! Fr tho you can take home a decent dinner for your family for basically the same price as it would cost for 2 value meals at any other fast food joint. I consider the majority of today’s fast food to be highly overpriced, however, KFC provides a great meal for the value.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC and fast food in general. The nuggets took way too long and it got it the point of having to get out of my car and walk inside. I do not recommend. Learn how to do your job! They also forgot my sauce. It is not fast.

The young girl who took my order left out my mashed potatoes my husband goes in to ask for it and she made a huge scene asking everyone around her if they saw her put them in yelling about how she packed the order herself. Well sorry you messed up! The worst service ever 30.00 for food to get degraded about something they messed up! This is why I never come here!

I ordered 2 crispy thighs paid for them when I get home and look they gave me 2 wings like they are the same price and same about of meat that I wanted . Food already expensive as it is the least they could have done was ask me . Won’t be going here again

They gave me a tiny drop of mayo on my chicken little Sands which and mix old fried with a new batch of fries should be unacceptable. I wasted all that money on fries for a large fry and they mixed my fries with old fried ruin and dried up with a new batch of fries. Stop being God dam lazy and board of health should know about this !
