I placed a mobile order at 9:45 at night. For two wraps and a famous bowl. They close at 11 might as well close at 10 because it seemed like they were done when I got there. I get there at 10:05 and my order should have been ready on the app it said up to 15 minutes there was no orders ahead of me and people were coming in and they were getting their orders prepared before I asked what’s taking so long. They said you’re getting fresh chicken. I was like OK go back to my car. Come back 10 minutes later they tell me 10 minutes again more. I get it but they are literally just chitchatting in the back doing nothing and they are laughing. All of a sudden the front lady comes back and she’s like you’re still waiting and I’m like yeah I’ve been waiting here this whole time. She was so nice in trying to get my food and extra.she was defending me by saying they were not taking me serious. But the guys were just laughing and not making the food. Then after waiting 30 minutes he proceeded to tell me they are out of chicken and we’re going to give me spicy! Insane customer service he didn’t care. They didn’t make it better at all. This place needs some serious training. I waisted 30 minutes and got no food. They thought it was funny, I was just trying to get a quick meal after a long day. This made my day longer and awful, so will never be coming back. As soon as I walked out they locked the door and turned off the open sign. At 10:35..

Tonight we went to pickup our dinner from the westerly RI location. We should have received one 7 piece bucket with the double mashed deal and one 8 piece bucket instead we received two buckets with 6 pieces each with the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen!!! Not to mention the dry old biscuits. I’m highly disappointed and I know a lot of others are with this location as well. This is the 3rd time I’ve been with all 3 experiences being awful. I’ve saved my receipt and photos and filed a complain online with no response.

If i could put zero stars i would. Not only did it take over 20 minutes for three items. The mac and cheese was soup and the cheese wouldn’t even stay on the noodles. The potatoes we got were completely stiff and i was actually able to mold it like play dough. And to top it all off the cake i got was OVER 4 months expired. THE WORST OF IT ALL, THE MANAGER HIMSELF, WITH BARE HANDS WAS TOUCHING ALL OF THE CHICKEN and when his employees said hey you shouldn’t be doing that because now we have to throw that all away. He responded no it’s fine I DO IT ALL THE TIME!?!?!?

Got a festive feast crispy Bucket yesterday, lady working was super nice and holy cow was the food good. Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. I never thought in a million years Westerly would have the best KFC!

Terrible service at this KFC. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff were openly rude, rushing me through my order and complaining while I was pulling up Apple Pay—even though it only took about 30 seconds. Their attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. To make things worse, they shoved my cold drink into the same bag as my hot food, so everything was lukewarm by the time I got it. Won’t be back.

Chicken pieces very small, undercooked and greasy. Wings so tiny they must have slaughtered little pigeons. Avoid this KFC. Threw it all away.

Third Party drivers beware of long wait times. Also high turnover indicates poor management and conditions as work is scarce locally. Few dedicated employees are friendly and easy to communicate with. Best to order on app 30 minutes before picking up and even then they’re no guarantees.

Obviously the owners of this franchise don’t care about it. This much is clear from the reviews. But here’s another problem: as an Uber driver, this place is the slowest in town, BY FAR. Don’t waste your time delivering from here or ordering delivery from here.
Edit: Oh, and I forgot to mention there was a literal child in the back, just standing there. I don’t mean a teenager. I mean a five-year-old.

As a dasher I HATE getting order for this location…as a customer I never come here for myself!! 1. You will be waiting for your food for AGES, by the time it gets to you its cold, since they can’t cook it right to begin with.. not to mention the employees allow their children to run through the lobby willy nilly? Its always loud and never any seating due to the employees family’s being there all day. What’s even worse is they scream at employees in front of customers..the only employees treated right can’t even speak a lick of english!!!
