I bought chicken stripe that weren’t good as ll the way. Instead of getting a nice manager who had an attitude. She’s telling me it was impossible. I took pictures and I will never go back. Managers are suppose to problem solve be kind. I don’t know how she still has a job. Food was awful. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. I told her I wasn’t looking for cash back nothing. I quess that’s the way kentucky fried chicken store airport road acts. Rude, ignorant and I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. LOOK AT YOUR FOOD.

Very nice employees at this location.

The restaurant was kept clean.
Not 1 table was dirty.

I ordered online and forgot to replace a food item. I asked at the counter if they could change it. With a smile and nod, the employee said, “of course, not a problem.”

I ordered a famous bowl meal I asked if it was a large fry he said no, but you can upgrade to a large so I did then I was told as a 10 minute wait on the biscuits. I said I wanted to order two on the side besides what came with the other meal I ordered when I got to the window. I made sure that he heard I wanted two biscuits so I pay for my stuff and I proceed to wait the 10 minutes for the biscuits they bring it out. I look in the bag. The famous bowl is not there And the fries is a small couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Had to drive back around through the drive-through. I told them I’m missing the famous bowl and then told him I got a small fry. The girl standing next to the kid tells me with an attitude that it only upgrades the drink like I should have known. they charge me for another small fry. Still only got one biscuit and then after all that they even asked for the small fry back. I really hope they aren’t planning on serving it. should probably familiarize your employees with your menus and not be rude to customers who were waiting for quite a while and didn’t receive their whole order they paid for

Twice I went through the drive thru here and first time I got a two piece it was missing the breast. The second time I got the breast and missing the thigh. They sent me a voucher for $5.00. What a joke. That barely covers the missing items. I will get chicken elsewhere since they did not make good on the items I did not receive. Not worth my time but the people at the drive thru need to pay attention to the orders.

Ordered on DoorDash got all my food opened up the bag and I’m not even surprised half of. It’s missing. I called the store up to see what they’re gonna do about it. They basically tell me all mistakes happen. I don’t know what to tell you we’re busy you have to come pick it up. I told him well. The whole point of me ordering on DoorDash was so I didn’t have to pick it up because I couldn’t pick it up at the time so basically I was out half of my order. So then I asked them if they checked the food or if they just throw it in a bag and hope for the best she says yeah we check every single bag. I said well apparently you don’t because half of my stuff is missing just a waste of time even bothering to even argue or say anything they just don’t care. Food was sloppy cold disgusting Well at least what I got for my food was.

It’s a KFC. It’s fast, it’s good and it’s tasty. What more can I expect. The chicken sandwich is tasty, and sometimes the chicken is excellent but sometimes it is not. I guess it depends who makes it. Last night was a good night. The staff was happy and they were singing as they made my chicken, so it was super cool. Check the video to see. Keep up the good work. And nice work to the dining area. It needed a renovation.

This is the second time ordering KFC in over 10 years, stupidly I went to the same location by my house, airport road Warwick. Yet again, they forget half of my order. At least it wasn’t the entire bag of chicken this time. I chose not to go back and receive the other half of my order and to get a refund instead, and I was made aware that I have to come back in personal for a refund on an online order?? That was not placed there, so why I have to go back in my person is beyond me but I look forward to it. I will make the extra 30 minute drive to the bald hill road Warwick location moving forward.
