You wait a while to receive food. It took almost 20 minutes. Everything else was good but the dinning room tables should be washed/cleaned more often! It was difficult to find a clean seating spot in the dinning room.

Two or three male employee didn’t wear face masks while they were talking to you. They do have face mask on their neck, but didn’t cover either mouth or nose. And they were making food for you. Be careful during Convid-19 periods.

I generally reserve posting negative comments about restaurants however the experience was so bad..I hope that this helps to make the chain better or help customers to avoid it all together. This is the third time going here and each time is the same. The last visit was worse. Immediately walking in all employees were on their phones and did not acknowledge me or others. When they did the employee was rude and didn’t even bother to look up and make eye contact. I said “thank you” and her response was “yup”. From there she walked to her co worker to discuss her late night partying the night before. Awesome. Get the food which was basically thrown from afar as it landed on the counter with no “have a good day”. Again I said “thank you” as four of the employees were on their phones or talking to each other. No response. The floor was littered with food and garbage as I noticed walking out. What are your cleaning policies here? The food was wrong as usual. Wrong pieces of chicken and the ones we were given were burnt and dry. This order wasn’t for me but for someone who used to go here all of the time. A lifelong customer. She refused to eat it. It was actually disgusting to look at. I am not sure what has happened here. How is the place being managed? The personal and practical experience here was probably the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. Definitely the crew needs to be trained on basic customer service skills and if they can’t give it…then manage it! Do a pulse check on the quality of your food that you are handing out to people. Please do better!

If I could give zero stars I would at this moment I’ve been in the drive thru (not at all busy) for 15 minutes the employee that took our order was so rude and it was to the point that everyone in line shut off their cars . Never again

Please teach the staff proper ppe when wearing gloves taking orders and using same gloves to make the food. Everyone touched everything with gloves on! Literally turned my stomach and didn’t eat my food. There was trash all over the kitchen floor. Staff was unkempt.
