Ordered 12 piece chicken only,extra crispy, bucket. The chicken was way over cooked, crust very dark and the meat very dry. The wings were so bad, meat extremely dry. I’ve ordered before, many times, but seems like something has changed, maybe new owner or new cooks? Last time I ordered they gave me original instead of extra crispy, which I ordered. I’ll have to think twice before I order from here again, if this is what you can expect

Me and my girlfriend came through the drive thru and ordered chicken boxes, they gave her the wrong side, and gave me a piece of chicken that had not even a single bite of meat (I wish I took a picture of the original piece, the replacement piece which is the one in the picture, is better but still AWFUL)
We came inside to get the order fixed and they gave us an attitude about the piece of chicken, but swapped it out for this GARBAGE leg anyways
Then when we were asking them to swap the fries out for Mac and cheese, they gave us MAD attitude, but asked the kitchen anyways, which is when a second guy came from the kitchen to give us EXTRA attitude while asking “What do you want?” And then as I was explaining that she asked for Mac and cheese he came and grabbed my girlfriends OPEN box of food with no gloves, thumbs in the box and all, took it back to the kitchen PICKED OUT THE FRIES which were at that point mixed in with the chicken, and replaced them with a side of Mac and cheese. Not a pair of gloves in sight besides on ONE guy in the kitchen, and he was the only one who had nothing to do with this process.
The final straw to me writing this review was when I reopened my box to this piece of chicken as my replacement

The food was so cold and I asked him if he could make me something I forgot what it was and he said no but then I yelled at him and walked away and then the next person asked for the same thing and she got it so then I ordered something else and it was supposed to be hot but it was SO cold DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
