I haven’t been in this location for about a year. Still clean as ever and had beautiful updates like pickup counter and self ordering station. I had a large order and Brian and the staff had it ready to go before I could sit and wait!! Very impressed. Fastest service I think I have ever had…. even at a drive-thru. Thank you all!

I am disgusted by the experience I had at this restaurant. The food we were served was completely inedible—it was stale, rock-hard, and clearly old, as if it had been sitting out under a heat lamp for days, not hours.
This is not a simple mistake or a one-time issue. This has been a consistent problem, and it’s clear there is a severe lack of management and quality control. We were informed that Carlos is the person in charge of making sure the food is fresh, and frankly, he is failing catastrophically at his job and presents quite the attitude when being called out on his lack of responsibility. Not what anyone wants to deal with after working all day and trying to get there dinner and get home. The responsibility for this dangerous oversight rests with him and the restaurant’s management.
Serving food in this condition is a severe public health risk. Because this issue has been going on for so long without any correction, I have been left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Board of Health. I am genuinely concerned for the safety of other diners. Do not eat here. One of the biggest mistakes this establishment made was letting Anthony go, I never had an issue under his watch.

Ordered an 8 pc dark meat meal through door dash. Bag was sealed at the restaurant. It came with 5 legs one thigh and one breast. So it’s technically an 8 pc meal- it is not what we ordered. There were no biscuits and the corn was so cold it wouldn’t even melt the butter it needed badly. I’m guessing this is. Franchise that maybe doesn’t hire people who even care to do a decent job because of lack of wages. Never again.

horrible food; we ordered from Taco Bell and KFC in this location and both orders were horrible. i ordered 3 pc chicken; 2 drums and 1 wing instead got 3 huge breast that were pink inside and tasted weird. my partner ordered from taco bell and the quesadilla and burrito looked old and stale

This establishment sucks. We were forced to go through drive thru only for the woman who was taking our order to take minute long pauses without saying anything. She would go completely silent while taking our order and we could hear her and her coworkers laughing together vaguely. They were conveniently out of almost everything we were asking for.
When we finally pulled up to the window, we watched them spill our drinks and we received them sticky.
We also watched people walk in and order right at the counter after we were refused in —thinking maybe they were online orders? But nope! We could see them ordering directly at the cash.
Our order was completely messed up. We were missing two fries, we got doritos locos tacos and some of them were just regular tacos.
Stereotypical « I hate my job and that’s your problem! »

One of the last combo restaurants — KFC and Taco Bell together! They really should have kept more of these going, it is great to be able to mix and match the menus with the shared kitchens. Enjoyed my visit to this location, definitely recommend as a late night option.
