Order taker and cashier where both rude the whole atmosphere was trash fries cold biscuit not cooked properly no cleanliness no thank you or have a great day overall a horrible experience on top of that gave me the wrong order and thanks to that I got late to an important appointment horrible service horrible atmosphere horrible and the food was not well done it’s not the first time this happens need a change of management quickly!!

Stopped at the kfc in Northampton at noon. NO chicken. Staff said they were short handed. Hey here an idea bring the available staff in early so they are ready to open. Better than losing business. Was told chicken would not be ready for 1 hour. Really 1pm to have chicken ready at a chicken resteraunt. Very disappointed.

The order came out very quickly and the workers there were nice, but the quantity of food was heavily lacking compared to other kfcs and the tenders I ordered were getting getting cold. The soda from the fountain also tasted a bit off.

Live over an hour away than the closest KFC ☹️ so when I’m “in the neighborhood” and hungry… sadly the last 3 times I stopped, they either didn’t have enough chicken, or any at all, to get a bucket. I do like the NASHVILLE hot chicken sandwich tho!!!

My experience at The Fast food restaurant is one of the worst yet I normally enjoy some Famous bowls and tacos but in this case the food was cold and I didn’t like the fact that I called the restaurant like 12times and nobody answered the phone so then I called McDonald’s to ask someone nicely to go knock on the drive thru window and tell them to answer the phone because apparently they aren’t capable of that I work in a restaurant actually a diner but still I know how thing are supposed to work in the restaurants business very terrible service will not visit again

Ordered the K5 combo (5 chicken wings) and they were spicy and essentially raw. The biscuit tasted like plastic and their fries were oddly sweet. Ordered chicken tenders for my child and those tasted like plastic as well. I also got a three piece combo for my mother but just threw it out because lol why would I give it to her? This wasn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here but it will certainly be my last.
