Came here from Tooele for the vegan menu options for my birthday and was not disappointed! Everything was fresh, and super delicious. This is definitely my new favorite sushi place! Please never take off your vegan items
Usually vegan-friendly places are not a true restaurant feel in Salt Lake, but Keyaki has a nice dine in option that feels like you’re actually at a restaurant, not just a fast food shack. Love the vibes! Staff was friendly too! 🙂

Amazing Food and presentation. All the food was so good. The sushi pizza, the sensation roll, the muscle shooters and everything else. The drinks were also amazing. They have such a great selection on the menu for both food and drinks. I would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

my favorite place ON THE PLANET! the staff are all so friendly and wonderful, like truly amazing people. they all recognize me and my friends when we come in, they provide excellent service, and the sushi is undefeated. i have yet to find sushi that compares to keyaki’s quality and flavor combos. they also have a great selection of vegan sushi, which most places only have a couple rolls that are vegan or vegetarian, so keyaki is ahead of the game!
i’ve been here probably about 10 times now, driving a half hour just to have sushi of this quality. it’s far beyond the quality of self proclaimed “high-end” sushi, with far more options and better prices. they also have vegan specials on monday and a vegas roll special on wednesdays and thursdays.
ismael has been our server most regularly, and he’s FANTASTIC! truly just a great guy who’s friendly and kind and funny every time we come in.

I spontaneously did a takeout order because I was in the area, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The rolls were delicately and precisely put together, with a lot of care & attention to detail. The presentation, given that it was a takeout order, was supreme! I ordered the playboy roll and another specialty role that they custom-made for me because I wanted fresh salmon as opposed to tuna. I also ordered a spicy tuna maki roll which was on par with the other two specialty rolls in terms of flavor and quality. All three rolls were incredibly delicious. I’m just sad I wasn’t able to enjoy this with others. Whenever I’m in the area, I will definitely stop by again and bring friends. Thank you to the chef and staff who made this sushi takeout experience a solid 10/10! ⭐️

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had the opportunity to. I came for the vegan sushi and my son came for the fish. We did takeout and both were excellent! So many options, so many choices, all executed very well. The service provided by the staff when we came in to pick up our order was so kind and friendly and customer service oriented. highly recommend! Just look at how beautiful the presentation was in our takeout boxes. They arranged them nicely – one box was vegan and one box was not vegan. 10/10!

Our experience was a mixed bag! We had two very tasty rolls, the sex on the beach and the kamikase. Both of these were very refreshing and tasty, as well as being good value for money.
Unfortunately, we also ordered the tanuki roll. This was quite bad. Cloying, sticking in your mouth like peanut butter. I don’t recommend it.
Service was also quite slow. We waited almost half an hour for our dinner.
I was tempted to review the place as three stars because of the tanuki alone, but the other rolls were so good that I just couldn’t bring myself to.

DUE ALL THE FOOD COST the rolls are a bit more expensive that others but the sushi is the best yet. I LOVE SUSHI and keep trying different places. Itto, sushi groove are some of the better ones. Tsunami use to be really good, some of the all you can eat are ok but limited to certain rolls. I LOVED Keyaki for the taste, the service and the nice clean dining. Thank you!

We like all the things about this place! The service is always great, the food is spectacular! TONS of drink options. The vulcano roll and hot cheeto roll are yakisoba is good. My kids loved the miso soup. Highly recommend! No complaints! Well other than the bathroom is freezing cold haha.
