My wife and her family were in Singer Island for a week long vacation. We stopped here before getting to the airport to head back to the -1° weather of Ohio… Would not recommend this place enough! Richard treats all of us customers with respect and loves casual conversation. He let us sample as many flavors as we wanted, and he even let me mother-in-law mix 3 flavors because she couldn’t decide between the final two. Price is very affordable at $8.00 per cup or cone (two flavors). I would highly recommend to all locals and those traveling in the area!

Listen listen, this place is very tasty, and 1/2 the price of the ice cream just down the street. We had ice cream and shaved ice.
A waffle cone with ice cream was $6. We had homemade peanut butter ice cream. The homemade black cherry. The multi flavor shaved ice. The place down the street wants 12 – 13 bucks for a cone or milkshake. No thanks. I’m not local and have no affiliation with either business.

I had planned to visit Key West Shaved Ice sooner. I’m glad I finally did. We ordered shaved ice and ice cream. The flavors were made in-house. I choose banana and chocolate chip in a cone. I really enjoyed it, and my niece did, too. The lady at the counter is super sweet and nice. She entertained and played games with my niece. My niece was sad to leave. We will definitely have to revisit during the summer season.

Cool shop offering milkshakes, ice cream shaved ice and frozen drinks. I liked that they have many flavors and that everything is homemade. We ordered large shaved ices from different flavors and all tasted delicious and fresh. Now, keep in mind that this is small place with limited seating as well in case you going w a big group, but staff is nice, welcoming and attentive.

The whole family loves Key West Shaved Ice Cream! The homemade ice cream is delicious. My kids love the shaved ice. They says it’s better than Kona Ice. The portions are great and leave you very satisfied. Love that it is on your way in/out of Dania Beach making it perfect spot to stop by.

The gentleman behind the counter was super nice and friendly. We got a medium shaved ice and he gave us extra pumps of fruit punch for it. We got a kids or small double scoop of ice cream and my husband got a large ice cream double scoop. FYI it says homemade ice cream and my husband is a little lactose intolerant, and this place did not upset his stomach at all. Highly recommend doing this versus the tourist trap down the block so much better quality ice cream. It was amazing price.

Damn(ed) good ice-cream. Key West Shaved Ice is a little gem in the heart of Dania, on US1, and getting more popular. I love the grapenut and pistachio. The rum & raisin and butter pecan are my husband’s faves. ❤️❤️❤️
