First time at Key Burgers. I’m still new to the San Fernando area and I asked my barber, who’s a long time resident where I could find a mom and pop burger place that serves good chili cheese fries. I was not disappointed! He recommended their signature burger, it was BIG juicy and flavorful. Their chili was really good too, just the right amount of spices smothered over crispy fries and sprinkled with. Take a look and tell me you wouldn’t want to try it at least once. The staff was quick and accurate with our order. The patio seat was sturdy and comfortable, it matters when your 6’5″ like me. I recommend Key Burgers if your craving a burger and chili cheese fries! Enjoy

Great mom & pop serving up delicious burgers. I recommend getting the burger and the chili fries, which comes in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Service is fantastic and they have a nice eating area. Decent parking lot also.

Ordered triple meat, triple cheese as in the pictures. Meat is very salty and very greasy, cheese is barely seen and there’s a little cheese taste and not in every bite, lettuce is really old cut as you see in the pictures, soda is not a refill with a combo regular size meal of $20.30, definitely not worth it, I get a meal at Burger King or Carl’s junior, McDonald’s or In and out for better taste and price, on top of all there are no restrooms to wash your hands after your meal and they don’t provide wipes, I’m not sure if it’s compliant with the state rules. Definitely not to visit.

Ordered a medium chili cheese fries with onions and for the price, I would hate to see what a small looks like. The worst I have eaten from a local burger stand and could’ve had better from a school cafeteria, convenience store and God forbid the county jail. Furthermore, it was hot when she gave it to me but the cheese didn’t melt ♀️ and the chili tasted like it was from a cheap off brand can mixed with water to stretch it out. The container it was put in was coming undone from the bottom by the time I got home which was less than a 5 minute drive. I have eaten here once before last year and the burger was good so I don’t understand what happened since then. As for service, the men are courteous but as I remember same as last year, the female seemed to be in a bad mood, not rude but definitely not friendly or happy to serve either of

I recently passed keys burgers wanting to have a great pastrami sandwich. The last time I went there a few months ago I had a great experience and I was looking forward to the pastrami sandwich. But as I find the pastrami sandwiches are pre-made with pickle and mustard. The meat is grilled so it makes it tougher and saltier and for $13 it wasn’t worth the amount of food that you got. I was least surprised. I spoke with the lady behind the counter and to her surprise that I questioned her but it wasn’t the person that was running the place before. So maybe it’s on this new Management but this doesn’t suit well with me because I’m a person that loves pastrami and I don’t mind driving out of my way to get it but this is not respectable. Their burgers are good but I didn’t want buy one this time. Dissatisfied and I’ll post some pictures

1 star is too much but they don’t have “ZERO STARS” on here, that’s what was intended with this review post fries have changed… food was hot but tasteless not a good area to be around careless people no restrooms for paying customers. Just take your boring tasteless food and go is what I sensed oh and leave your $46.

So I found this place on youtube. I decided to see for myself if it’s as good as they described it on social media. I made sure to order the right one unlike the other customer on the review who complain about the size without checking if it’s the right one. I wanted it as fresh as posible so I chose to come when they barely opened. I had the signature double cheese burger with, bacon, avocado, and pastrami. The actual size isn’t actually as big as it looked on social media but I would say it was big and the taste was awesome.

I’ve ordered from here twice. Same order Cheeseburger, chilli cheese fries. The first time everything was perfect! The second time everything was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted on my burger nor on my fries. I’ll give it another shot and update the review. But this was a terrible second experience.
