Wow! Just wow! Got in around 430 and waited dang near an HOUR for food! At the time we placed our food order, it was not that busy. Only 1 bartender working with about 50 people in the place. Poor timing and not enough staff. There were 2 younger girls that would “try” to help out every so often – I think they may have worked earlier in the day and just happened to be there. Since it was taking FOREVER for our food, we went to cancel the order, Bartender (Morgan) said “they are just getting it together.” We asked for it “to go” at this point in time. Took another 10 minutes for them to “bag” it. The “bagging” was LITERALLY PUTTING ONE INDIVIDUAL BOX INTO A PAPER BAG and stapling it! Our order was for 2 different families, nothing was labeled, so we had to open each of the individually wrapped bags to determine which boxes were for who. I wouldn’t suggest to NOT go there! Sucks because we have never had bad service until now, and it was BAD! I had the turkey wrap which was just FULL of onions! My husband ordered the “smash burger” which was not smashed AT ALL – looked like 2 frozen burger patties. Just very disappointing!

Great atmosphere, good food, and even better bartenders. Kevin is a great owner and his manager Lydia goes above and beyond, putting her heart and soul into the place. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I do recommend!

The only thing deserving any stars here are the bartenders.. it’s what’s saving this review from 0 stars quite frankly. I truly wish I had taken photos of all the food our group received, it was all just as poor quality. We were advised that the menu had changed and the food quality had gone down, but this is ridiculous.. I could have gotten a better quality chicken sandwich from McDonald’s (+pickles ).

By far the most inconsistent restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Every single time I get food from here either entire portions in my order are missing or it’s absolutely incorrect. They refuse to refund any money due to incorrect orders and this is an example of their gourmet cooking. Bet you can’t pick out which one’s bacon and which ones a cheese curd. Hire better staff or at least learn how to cook mac and cheese out of a box.

This place is a Kenosha gem. Great atmosphere inside. Nice bar, clean, GREAT food, friendly and helpful service. The Italian beef dipped is quite nicely done.

Was having a rough day. It was cold so I stopped here to warm up. Leslie was very sweet and friendly, and my burger and sweet potato fries were tasty. Between the food and good conversation, I ended up being there a couple hours rather than 20 minutes!!
