This was my first time using Keuka To Go. My order estimated Spencer would be here within a half hour. He was here in 20 minutes. It should be a crime for someone to be so happy at 9am! Spencer was very polite, prompt, and made sure I had everything. I highly recommend!

I’ve never had anything less than a 5 star experience with Keuka To Go! Delivery is fast and food arrives warm, with the ability to track it with the app until it arrives and a great ETA countdown. The app is easy to use and you can earn points by uploading photos.

Would be a great company and service if they treated their delivery drivers like they should. Unexplained money missing in paychecks, or paychecks missing entirely only met with unprofessionalism from managers and even the owner. Great idea, poor execution. Also; firing an employee by not giving them the actual notice further shows the unprofessionalism.
Edit: Nothing inaccurate was ever stated. Sorry you feel that way! And the owner’s way of doing business is beyond unprofessional, if you share that opinion of me I’m not too bothered.

Tonight was my first time ordering thru Keuka 2 Go and everything was perfect! Delicious fish fry + fixins from The Keuka, delivered in less than 30 minutes right to my door. So glad you are “out there” for us right now!

Keuka to go has gone downhill since it first started up. Tonight we waited 2 hours! Way too expensive to wait that long for just a salad and a Luke warm trash plate.

Our first experience with Keuka To Go was largely positive from order to delivery. The only issue was that an item in the order was omitted, and by the time we realized, Spencer had already left. Because we paid in cash, there was no means for subsequent reimbursement.
