Busy place at times, nothing wrong with the food. It is a very clean environment. They go through orders fast. Forgot my coffee, but made it when I asked for it. Bagel could be better, but they make good sandwiches. Service was with a smile, everyone working in there was cool.

Staff is rude and unattentive. They outright ignore you while waiting for a online order that is sitting right over the counter. Ordered a simple cesar salad with chicken well done. The chicken was under cooked and fatty Nast peices. Dressing was all oil. Do not recommend.

Been going there for years and love their food. Best bagels in the area. I go this morning and order s sandwich and 2 bagel on the side. Paid for them, $2.50 each, its whatever. I sit down and forgot to ask for them to be toasted with butter. The girl told me it would be $5.02. I told her I already paid and with very snotty attitude said ” well you want butter on both you said. ” So, you’re telling me that i an supposed to pay the same amount for butter as I did the bagel? Adding butter makes the bagel double the price? When on the board adding butter raised the price maybe $1. I had no problem paying but I’m not gonna be charged twice the amount for freaking butter, that’s nuts. And she had an attitude and a half and thr bagel sandwich she gave me wasn’t even hot. Not too happy with them right now and I always go there and have breakfast For years

I ordered a sandwich platter for my son’s birthday party through Erika, and it was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and made the whole process easy and smooth. The platter was delicious — fresh sandwiches, tasty fillings, and everyone at the party loved it. Thank you Erika and the Kettleman’s team for helping make the day so special!

Amazing bagels! This was a God find for us next where we stayed for a wedding this weekend. Freshly made bagels, rightly toasted, with the spreads of your choice. It’s primarily a take out place, wet busy but seats are available as well. Very casual setting but we enjoyed it.

The food isn’t the issue, it’s the service. There is a young girl that works there with glasses who frequents the register (Seen in the picture) Her attitude is horrible. My order was wrong twice on 2 separate occasions and she had the audacity to have attitude with me. She threw my bag on counter and no apologies.
I walked out and didn’t say nothing. Now normally I would’ve taken a different approach but I’d rather use this route instead. I used to come twice a week after my overnight shift but now I refuse to spend my money there simply because it won’t be 3rd of a negative interaction with her. Not that my opinion matters because I’m sure she still will be on register, however a recommendation would be to rotate her out from the register time to time. Again, I can’t tell anyone how to run there business but her attitude, she’s going to run into the wrong one. To avoid it being me, I’ll remove myself and not spend my money there anymore!

Amazing Jersey Bagels!!! Although the store is extremely busy, they always maintain a positive attitude. Sometimes my order gets messed up as it does get chaotic, but they always fix my order. There is a large variety of delicious food at a decent price! Would 100% recommend if you are looking for local jersey bagels!!!

I visited Kettleman’s Bagels in Somerset on a rainy day, hoping for some comfort food. I ordered the Garden State Bagel, which was decent, fresh and satisfying. The coffee latte, unfortunately, wasn’t as good as I expected; it lacked the richness and warmth I was looking for on such a gloomy day.
Despite that, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the visit worthwhile. It’s a nice spot to stop by, though I’d suggest they work on their coffee.

I go there all the time, but ordered and paid for an loaded lox, got home and only had salmon cream cheese. Not great, maybe too busy to listen.

I fear this place survives on the good will of it’s past reputation alone at this point. Cannot and would not recommend anything that is not tied to a bagel and even then at that point it’s a 50/50 shot they even get your order correct. Corner Cafe is the superior option for most breakfast/lunch things (except no bagels) and Pierce Street is arguably better at bagels at this point.
