Location is excellent and the building itself is gorgeous. I love the ambience. We sat upstairs at the bar area. It has a great atmosphere, few booths, high top, and bar seating. Additional rooms for ping pong, pool, couches! The Storefront sorcery 10/10. Service was great, unfortunately food was cold! Ceasar salad fresh lettuce, fancy croutons, but the dressing wasn’t my thing. Trivia night was entertaining. The kitchen might have been having a bad night, 5/5 for the Cuban! Cold French onion soup and fries. Cajun rub, buffalo really good flavor, but I like more crispy wings! I’ll give it a second chance!

Pains me to say this but after coming here for a while it has gone downhill these last couple of times. Used to be 5* no question. Last time we came it was said their “menu is in transition” which is fine we were willing to forgive some shortcomings. This time though, the food was again not up to their usual standard and there’s no more notice saying that it’s in transition. If this is the final menu I highly suggest refining. The Cuban was dry, lacked mustard, lacked anything. Served in a hoagie and not pressed. The short rib grilled cheese had no flavor to it. The beers are still pretty good, though I really hate the new addition of terpenes to IPAs, it’s gross and overpowering. But the OGs are still good. Like I said this is really disappointing because the food has always been expensive but always worth it as well. New waitresses are not attentive and seem overwhelmed.

If you like a large selection of tastey beer, great food, attentive service, and a low-key atmosphere, you will love Kettlehead.
We stopped in at the recommendation of a friend while visiting NH. The chicken nuggets (small tenders) and mozzarella sticks were awesome. I tried a flight of NE style IPAs and the sour on tap, all were fantastic.
There was lovely live music and the staff and patrons were very friendly and accommodating. There were even games that you could play, a few people were playing cards!
Long story short–do yourself a solid and stop in!

We were the only ones in there at the time, we ordered nachos and they came out kind of cold. They have like seven IPAs but only one lager style. Service was excellent though

A very unique place. It was a 7500 square foot home converted into a restaurant. There are several rooms for people to gather. Some with pool tables, some with couches and a nice bar with tables around. The food was good, the ruban sandwich was excellent. We went for lunch and enjoyed it.

First visit and very disappointed. Short staffed (I understand for a degree about waiting) but whow! It took over 20 minutes to get a beer, which was good, put food order in and another long wait, then fries arrived cold and not fully cooked, sandwich wasn’t that great either. Overall it was a little over 3 hours just to get 2 beers and a sandwich. We watched many groups wait for awhile and walk out (like we should have done.) hopefully the place improves but will be a long time before we return, if we do.

Amazing place, food is fantastic! Try the Shepherds Pie and the NEW smash burger with the pickled onions! Just Awesome! Ask Charlie at the bar to mix you a long island iced tea and replace the coke with Cranberry. This drink gets the job done!

Visited here for the first time on a hot day this summer, and wished there was better air conditioning. But the meals we had were SCRUMPTIOUS. Garden side salad was robust (NOT just limp iceberg and a cherry tomato). The chicken fingers were plump and juicy (NOT sad little flat breaded fingers from the freezer). The onion rings were spot on (I love the thinly sliced rings with crispy batter…and the sauce was great too). My cousins said his chicken parm sando was very, very tasty. (He ate the whole thing!) It was seat yourself upstairs, with regular tables and some high tops. No booths (fine by me; I prefer a regular table anyway). The noise level was fairly high, and they have board games and two pool tables and a couple of pinball machines…so the vibe is relaxed and fun. My only recommendation is that our server, who was SUPER friendly, just needed to pay a little more attention to detail (I asked for unsweetened tea, but got sweet tea. When I asked for it to be switched, they said they don’t have unsweetened tea. I asked for a Caesar side salad and got the Garden side…not the end of the world, but details matter). That being said, I’d eat here for sure next time I’m in Meredith.

Well this is gonna be a long review. So I walk in and nobody takes me up to my seat so I walk upstairs and it seems mostly empty and I go and seat my self in a side room with a couple articles of furniture. 5 minutes go by nothing 10 still nobody and another 15 minutes go by and NOBODY DID CRAP. I love kettle head well at least I used to but at least the ones in Franklin and Fulton are solid but this one I just wouldn’t recommend it. Thanks

Tracy Young was an amazing bartender this evening at the kettle head in Meredith, New Hampshire. Very attentive and quick. Good place to have a drink and home cooked meal. I recommend the 10oz pub steak with smashed potatoes and pretzel bites with beer cheese. Michelle Samson was a great hostess. Thanks Tracy and Michelle, I’ll be back soon.
