I had quite literally the best bagel I’ve ever had at this shop. The bagels were perfectly chewy on the inside with that irresistible crisp on the outside, absolute perfection. The cream cheese DID not lack! There was so much. The freshness was unmatched, and every bite tasted like it came straight out of a true, old-school bagel bakery. The toppings were generous, the ingredients were high quality, and the flavour was spot on.
The shop itself was warm and inviting, and the service was quick and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re a bagel lover or just someone who appreciates really good food, this place is a must-visit. I’m already planning my next trip back!

2 things. How are you out of bagels at 11, the only things left are a couple pre-wrapped croissants and a muffin. Secondly, HOW IS IT $24 for a ham/cheese and bacon/cheese with a coke??? This place is double the price any other local places. I can’t even believe I just paid $24 and we didn’t even get eggs!

Absolute garbage place. Ordered twice, both times the bagels are burnt with bitter burnt garlic on top. This place uses the absolute lowest quality bacon, and they pre cook it. Rubber, chewy, cold mess. Stop letting garbage businesses and garbage business owners get away with this. Oh, and a smear of butter on your $10 trash sandwich costs an extra $2.

I wanted to hold off on the review until after I tried the bagel because I was hoping that there’d be a redeeming quality to this place. I walk in and the menu flashes on the screen every 10 seconds but it is so dense you can’t read it all. Next I go to order and the employees are having what seems like a staff meeting and talking badly about another coworker with a line of customers. I go to order and I ask about their coffee flavors, they just pointed to flavored creamers they have, which I could have just done at home. The bagel was good enough but not worth putting up with the service and experience.

They make it known that if you want yourbagel toasted to select that or it comes untoasted. I asked for toasted and got an untoasted crumbly bagel. For 6.50 I was expecting what I asked for. Not to mention, the hashbrown was burnt and stunk of dirty grease.
