Freshly made bagels daily! We love their everything bagel, as both sides are covered with toppings! Convenient location, reasonable prices, parking can be difficult at peak times – but there is optional parking on the side & rear of the bldg.

So the staff is friendly . French toast bagel was good . The egg n cheese on toasted sour dough .. no I ate the eggs off it . They never asked me how I wanted my eggs she just put it in and two minutes later it was done no joke I know they didn’t cook eggs right there that fast it’s like she microwaved or reheated already made eggs the bread was not toasted I was looking forward to the cannoli cream cheese it tasted like cinamom w a little bit of chocolate chips idk nothing cannoli really . Again staff was friendly and I would maybe try again just me person I’m not eating eggs on soft bread without it toasted if it’s not egg salad lol

I first went to Kettle bagel back in 2019. It was great and nice to have a bagel spot on the other side of town. When I went in yesterday my experience was different. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese and a philly cheese steak wrap. My total was 25 dollars and I left a tip to round to 30. I thought it was extremely pricey for two sandwiches but I always loved this place so I didn’t complain. Once I got home and opened my ordered things went wrong. The bacon egg and cheese – the bacon was barely cooked and not edible, the bagel was burnt but only on the inside half so you couldn’t tell until you bit into it. The Philly cheesesteak wrap – in total this was 16 dollars. When I opened the box it was so full of grease it slipped out of my hands and each half was smaller than the palm of my hand. My food was ready in almost less than 5 minutes and you could tell someone did not put any effort or art of cooking into our sandwiches and just wanted to get them made and over with.
I really loved this place and wanted to support it from when I first went years ago. I came to the reviews to see if any others felt the same way, and after reading the reviews, it seems many do. I know reviews and sometimes be misguided due to people having bad days but after seeing how the owner/restaurant responded in a comment within the past 3 months about the bathroom … I won’t be back. The way the owner responded to negative feedback is a red flag and I wouldn’t be surprised if I got scolded on this comment as well.
We are all part of this crazy world, we should all do our best to make everyone feel welcomed and accept feedback, positive and negative.

Welcome to Kettle Bagels, where they serve up some wicked good bagels and a killer cup of Joe. The everything and garlic bagels are the real MVPs here, especially when you slather on a thick layer of cream cheese. The staff is totally on point too, so you know you’re in for a treat. They’ve got all sorts of options on the menu, but honestly, I haven’t had the time to venture beyond my go-to bagels. Maybe one day I’ll be a bit more adventurous, but for now, I’m just enjoying the ride.

Very great bagel place, up there with the best I’ve eaten. I tried the Vito sandwich on an everything bagel and my girlfriend got the bacon, sausage and egg on a sesame. Both were very delicious. Watch out for the hot banana peppers on the Vito! Usually when people say hot I think they’re exaggerating but it had a strong bite. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, only because I didn’t enjoy the iced coffee like I’d hoped. Definitely, I would recommend this place and I must certainly would return if ever in the area again.

Got an everything bagel egg and American cheese. Bagel is large which is nice. However, the everything bagel had no flavor at all. Would try this place again, but with a different bagel choice.

First time at Kettle Bagels today and the food was amazing! The everything bagel had a nice crunchy/flaky texture with great flavor. The cream cheese was creamy and delicious! I got a hashbrown as well and it was fantastic! It’s like a fancier/much better version of McDonald’s hashbrowns. Even the inside looked great and was clean! Great experience with nice staff!

I honestly don’t care to leave reviews on bad food but this is honestly nasty behavior. Ordered a steak and cheese from here via Grubhub, and I got a meat patty, two slices of cheese, and no peppers or onions even though it’s advertised as a Philly cheesesteak with peppers and onions. It costed me 16.84.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We ordered our sandwiches here to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. While on our way, we called at 10:17am to place the order, arrived at 10:22am and paid at 10:29am. When we arrived, no one acknowledged me. I was looked at disrespectfully as if I wasn’t welcome (could be a race thing, not sure). When I stated the name on the order, I found that it was already ready, much to my delight! But, when I paid and sat down in the car to eat the sandwich, I found that it was underwhelming. We ordered two Asiago bagels with a few add-ons and ketchup and hot sauce. We mentioned many times to the person helping us that we would like both of those items. When we opened our sandwich, we found that our “Asiago” bagel was really a plain bagel with a sad slice of cheese on top and some random seasoning. We also did not notice any ketchup or hot sauce, and to too it off our sandwiches were COLD. When we called to rectify the situation, they did not apologize or look for ways to find a solution. Instead, they accused us of taking 45 minutes to get to the restaurant because of their wonky computer system and lying about out sandwiches being cold (time stamps of when we called are attached below). They blamed us for their technical and mechanical errors.
Fantastic customer services right there. Don’t waste your time. If you want a sandwich done right, you’re better off going to Dunkin’.

Don’t think I will be ordering here anymore. They’re getting stingy on the portions. I always order a Philly cheesesteak bagel, lately there’s more egg on the bagel and barely any meat. For the extra $4 that you pay for the cheesesteak I expect more. The portions use to be perfect. It was good while it lasted. #lostacustomer
