They have a great deal on buffet, and good prices for slices (for Ketchikan). This said, I ordered buffet, got first wave of food, have been waiting over an hour for them to make more slices. I recommend not offering a buffet if you can’t keep up with with the slices. To add to this. There is nothing on menu that says days for lunch menu. I’ve walked in twice before this and was told that they were not doing buffet today. Again, don’t offer it if you can’t do it.

So I ordered two pies from them and they took forever to write down my order, they repeated it to me three times to say what I ordered, then when I finally got my pizzas one and a half hour later my pizza was cold and wasn’t even what I ordered. I got my receipt and they didn’t even have it written down right either. I ordered a triple meat supreme and got a reg triple meat, then I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got a Hawaiian pizza instead. But they didn’t mind charging me for the two specials.

We’ve travelled to all 50 states, sampling pizza from most of them. Gold Pan Pizza was the choice in our 50th state and it did not disappoint. We rated the pepperoni pizza to be in the top 3 of all we’ve tried. This place is a diamond in the gold pan!

If I could give a lower review I would. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered which would’ve been fine if they were busy and not just ignoring the phone. I finally got tired of calling and placed an online order. When i went to pick up the order, i was told it had a few more minutes which was fine because i arrived earlier than the estimated pick up time. As i waited 15 min, i heard the phone ringing multiple times and no one even attempted to answer the phone. Like almost every other time I order from here I had to finish baking my pizza at home! When we order additional toppings, we rarely get them but get charged for them regardless and I’d love to speak to ANYONE in a leadership role there BUT THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I’m done paying too much for sub par food and even worse customer service.

Stopped by for lunch and was met by a very rude and uninviting worker. He was obviously agitated about the fact he was working alone (an understandable frustration but no need to take it out on customers). Mumbled under his breathe a lot and would roll his eyes and shake his head in annoyance when asked something. The pizza was okay at best. The ice machine was out of ice. When asked for ice he said he would be back with some to refill the machine and never did. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to the poor service.

The minute you walk the place smells like a real pizza place. My daughter has tried every pizza they have offered and says they are amazing. The wood floor and tables give the place a rustic feel. The jukebox adds a fun atmosphere. I’ve never seen a soda fountain that serves Jones soda before. $3 isn’t a bad price for free refills. You can call ahead for pick up.
