Place was clean, the aroma of the yummy food in the air. The food was also good. Spicier than other places so if you dont like spice stay mild or no spice go medium and you may be over doing it. Other than that the food was great best Naan I’ve had. Good service too.

Kesari kitchen is my favorite place for Indian food. The restaurant just pulls together a more classier feel than others. The food is always delicious and it always looks and tastes so amazing. You can’t go wrong with the tandoori chicken tikka.

Food was delicious but the service was a total let down. We got seated after approximately 10 minutes and it took another 15-20 minutes to get water to the table. Once we got water, the server left and didnt come back for another 20 minutes to take our order. We finally got our food after another 30 minutes. We ate and the server only came back once to check on us. We sat for ANOTHER 25 minutes after we were finished just waiting for a check. Once we finally got our check, we went up front to pay and waited again for another 10 minutes to get someone to come to the register. We were in there for about 2 hours. The servers looked like they were barely 18 maybe 20 years old, so I don’t think they understood the importance of being attentive. Also, it was not busy at all, only 3 other small tables dining. My rating is based on overall experience- food-great, service-very slow and inattentive. Compared to Red Fort, you get great food and quick attentive service there. So don’t go there unless you have time to burn.

Kesari makes the best butter chicken I’ve ever eaten. It has an amazing balance of herbs & creaminess. I could drink that stuff. The jalapeño cheese naan is very good & the Tandoori Lamb chops are delicious. This is my wife’s favorite restaurant. We frequent here often because the food is so high quality.

Perfect place for a date if you’re in Ogden. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is flavorful and the staff is very attentive. A while ago I had the sweet corn soup and the chicken pakora, looking for a small meal and the flavors of each dish were so perfectly balanced, I had to come back and have it again. All in all I recommend this restaurant you won’t be disappointed

Excellent Indian Restaurant in Ogden! The decor and vibe is a little more modern, but maintains the classic vibe of the old Ogden buildings. It’s a great blend. Warm, welcoming, and perfect lighting!

We were greeted and seated quickly. They were quite busy when we arrived, but we didn’t have to wait.

The food and service were exceptional! The Garlic Gobi appetizer was outstanding. Perfectly cooked and not drowned in sauce. That’s how you do Gobi! The curries were fantastic. The Korma and Saag were both a good consistency and the flavor was great! They put in plenty of chicken into the dishes as well. Naan was also cooked to the perfect crispness. Not floppy and not burnt. Becoming harder to find nowadays!

We drove up from Davis county to try this place and will happily make the drive to eat here again!

I ordered Momos. Not at all cooked properly. Seems like they just sent me frozen ones. Definitely not freshly made. They taste like packed or processed ones. Very bad. Garlic gobi is not cooked at all.

I’ve been dying to try this place and so glad I did! If u can’t make the lunch special, I’d reccomend ordering family style so u can sample the variety of dishes served. My group didn’t want to do that , but I got to try the shrimp (Biryani) – had a nice creamy coconut flavor, and goat (Butter Masala) along with my butter chicken (Masala). All were delicious, albeit a tad on the salty side. The medium hot tasted very similar to the mild (butter chicken), heat wise. The goat Butter Masala – mild- was spicier than the medium chicken Butter Masala . I’ll want to try the lamb Vindaloo next time – supposed to b a bit more spicy according to our server. I parked on the street and am told there is parking in back as well. Servers were all very soft spoken and amenable- very pleasant to b around. A very chill vibe atmosphere. Highly recommend!
