The lox/ Salmon bagel tasted so delightful. The salmon is like fresh but not fishy. The beagle is soft chewy they’re so good The servers – Cashiers were amazing. I was always intimidated in ordering at the shops, but they made me feel so welcome. They helped me what I need to order but never forced me to buy anything. I highly recommend this bagel store.

This place is an absolute gem in Kernersville. Not many people know about it but the food is always delicious. The new management is a breath of fresh air! The manager(recently found out her name is Grace) has started doing seasonal lattes which my wife loves to get when we go together. She always raves about them! I found out they have started getting their bagels from Bagel Station in Winston and they are phenomenal. The staff is always so welcoming and always gives great suggestions when we don’t know what we want. I have been telling all my friends about the new changes and hope it continues to grow as a business. Thank you for all the great improvements we will never stop coming here!

Bagels have a fabulous texture with lots of flavor options! Same can be said for their spreads. Generous portions of deli meats or cream cheese. Highly recommend!!

Amazing bagel shop. Made me feel like I was back on Long Island. They have Egg everything and pumpernickel/rye. Lox and cream cheese. I find it very hard to believe that anyone could complain about having too much cream cheese. It’s the perfect amount. Update. Pumpernickel is back and y daughter got the BLT on a plain bagel. Amazing.

Teen servers were polite and courteous to ‘this’ elderly woman who asked them about school and sports and college goals. I appreciated they seemed authentically interested when asking me where I was from and where it was located and why had I chosen this area. Their supervisor seemed understanding and I hope she understood that they were spreading good will!

I’ve visited this location several times, as I work in Greensboro and often pass through Kernersville. The bagel selection is great, but the toasting is consistently disappointing. Even when I clearly ask for my bagel “very well toasted,” it still comes out cold and barely warmed.
The customer service is equally frustrating. Not once have I been greeted with a smile or even a simple “good morning.” Every visit feels like I’m inconveniencing the staff just by being there. Honestly, it’s starting to feel less like a bagel shop and more like a trip to the DMV.
I really hope management addresses both the quality control and customer service, because the food has potential, but the experience keeps falling short.

The bagels here are amazing! There are many selections of flavor to choose from and the cream cheese is amazing too! If you’d like to have a New York style bagel breakfast just come here! I used to order bagels from New York and now I just come here!
