Whenever I’m at a wine shop and unsure what to grab, I look for bottles with his import tag, always a reliable sign of quality. Kermit Lynch is one of the few retailers that imports directly, which means excellent prices and impeccable provenance. They’re my go-to source for Beaujolais, Bandol Rosé, and any and all from the Rhône!

Francesco was so helpful selecting a bottle of wine for my brothers birthday over the phone. I was sent a in depth description of what he recommended and Links to a bio on the Italian winery with pictures. Personalized with a card and gift wrapping I was impressed. I would have not heard about them if not for my brothers praises on their curation of imported wines.

This is an awesome wine store. A very curated collection with very knowledgeable sales people. However, you will only find French and Italian wines here (a few Spanish I think) that are personally chosen by the Kermit Lynch people who visit the producers, understand the production process, and most importantly, taste!

One can spend a lot on amazing wines here, but can easily come away with great bottles which are better values and higher quality than wine you’ll get elsewhere for higher prices. There’s a lot to be said for a shop that can offer you a special wine experience for less than twenty bucks or a wine for a hundred that’s worth every penny. That’s why I’ve been shopping here for 5 decades.

I’ve been a customer of Kermit Lynch now for over 34 years. The store is like a candy store for wine lovers. They have everything, and a great staff too. For lovers of wines from the wine roads less traveled, there’s no better store in the country. For me it’s an adventure along the wine route come to life. The biggest problem, is just having so many great choices, and a staff that makes every bottle come to life.
