Amazing experience. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday the cake was a half sheet The Flash and they done amazing! The cake was fresh I got vanilla and chocolate and in between them was icing great idea I loved it and so did my son. He was super happy. For the cake and because it was customized the price wasn’t bad. Easy to order and request a cake. I highly recommend them! First 3 pics were when we picked the cake up. Last two I added candle and the happy birthday stick.

I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday for a 2 tier vanilla & funfetti cake. The inspiration picture showed a cake decorated with a few cake pops on top. We received a vanilla on top & chocolate bottom tier cake decorated with foam balls dipped in chocolate. This would be okay however my daughter hates chocolate cake that’s why we didn’t order chocolate cake and over half the cake was chocolate so it went to waste. I paid over $113 for this cake. I called the bakery & they pulled the ticket & acknowledged the flavors were vanilla & funfetti. They offered a 20% refund or a discount for a future order or a dozen cupcakes. I don’t really feel a %20 refund is sufficient since they got our order wrong and the majority of our over $100 cake went to waste. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning as a costumer. ): Also, I don’t recall ever hearing an “apology”. Even after I stated “it’s just upsetting she couldn’t enjoy her cake because she doesn’t like chocolate..” and the response was “she didn’t eat the vanilla?” Well. We didn’t order chocolate, we ordered funfetti which is what she was excited for. (1) Inspiration pic & (2) what we received.

I didn’t actually go to this location. My sister did and brought me back an iced coffee. She said it was absolutely adorable inside and the owner is super sweet. They put Bible verses on their cups and cartons for treats which I thought was wonderful. Just a little sticker nothing in your face. The coffee was very good and I wish we had time to try more of their flavors before we had to leave. I got the chocolate covered strawberry iced coffee. Each month is a different theme and June was cereal themed. So my sister picked up a thing of cupcakes as well for all of us to try.

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Service was quick and helpful. I sent a few reference pictures but was ultimately okay with artist’s interpretation. We were so excited to see our Spidey cake, it fit our decor perfectly and of course taste great! Thank you to Kenzies, we’ll be back!

What a great hidden gem. We saw the billboard while we were traveling and we decided to give it a shot. So glad we did! Highly recommend “The Hubby” for a hot, flavorful drink. Absolutely delicious. We grabbed a half dozen cupcakes and some of the 5 for $5 treats – totally worth it! We will for sure back when we are in the area!

ordered a 6″ birthday cake for a kids birthday. The decorations on the outside of the cake were great and exactly what I had in mind. My only complaint was that the cake was very dry and old like it was made several days prior to pick up. We honestly weren’t impressed with the cake for that reason. Also, I understand being busy but the customer service I received when I picked up the cake and placed my order had me feeling like I was a burden. The staff member was very short and rude. If you’re needing a specific theme or decoration for a cake this is definitely the place to go. Just don’t expect freshness.

Ordered a custom cake in advance for a birthday. Originally requested purple, but emailed almost a month ahead asking to change to the exact photo provided (light blue). Bakery did not confirm the color change and made the cake with purple anyway. When I messaged them about the mistake, I was ignored and no attempt was made to fix it. Their response afterward placed all blame on me instead of acknowledging the miscommunication. Design itself was fine, but customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. Based on my experience and others I’ve spoken with locally, I would not recommend.

Cutest lil place in town and has tasty treats. We got several items for birthdays and every single purchase was well worth it. The fruit cookie is delicious and so fresh. The red velvet cupcake and cake bomb are so rich with delicious flavor they are also highly recommended. The coffee selection is nice and tasteful. We will definitely be back

I can’t express how wonderful my experience was. From placing my order request online, I had someone call me right away to make sure they had the colors and everything just right and they sent me an invoice so I could pay online too! Coming into the shop I forgot to even mention I was picking up a cake I was so distracted with all the gorgeous cakes and baked goods in their case. (Seriously, stop in there they’ve got a ton of great looking treats!) Every employee there was so kind and I was beyond happy with the cake. They took my pretty meets bloody request seriously and my cake ended up looking way better than the inspiration picture I sent them! I was over the moon and everyone at the party loved it! I was worried it might end up a little dry due to the way I wanted it busted open, but even despite that it was moist and delicious, not too rich but sweet and perfect. And on top of that, it was so affordable for the size of the cake! So if you want gorgeous, delicious cakes at a fair price please please skip the Walmart cake and shop local at Kenzie’s!

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary , 10/12/2025, and Kenzie’s Kakes made our wedding and cupcakes for our special day a year ago. This year our celebration was shared with our daughter’s birth. Double bonus! We did get to eat our anniversary cake a couple days after all the excitement. The anniversary cake was delicious! I am so impressed with Kenzie’s Kakes a year ago and today!
