I had the BEST crabs today! This has been my go to place forever, because honestly, they never disappoint. Today they did their big one. They only had 2 dozen of large males left when I got there. This lady ordered the first dozen, and I ordered the other dozen they had left. Oh my GOODNESS! They were so MEATY and BIG! Full of mustard too! I also ordered 1lb of green shelled mussels steamed spicy, to accompany them, with an ear of corn. I had the best time of my life chowing down when I got home! I also got 3 butters on the side for dipping! Everything was a 10 10 10! I love y’all Kent Island! ❤️ Made my Saturday GREAT! And I’m coming back next Saturday, too! YUP

HANDS DOWN THESE WERE THE BEST CRABS I HAVE EVER HAD. IN MY 45+ YEARS!!!! I have been so plenty of crab spots, but the seasoning!!! Was absolutely the best i’ve ever had period. I had small females, but they were heavy with a lot of meat in them. And the customer service was wonderful period

Bought 1 lb of claw meat & 1 lb of jumbo lump to make my crabcakes, the best tasting crabcakes I’ve made (no filler). We also bought their Maryland Crab Soup & a couple crab claw wooden hammers (so cute). The soup was great, not overwhelmed with spices & salt so you can taste the crab. Young man who served us was very nice & friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I initially had nothing but good things to say about Kent Island. I visited today with high hopes after a bad experience somewhere else last weekend but ughhhh I was unfortunately let down. They are typically straight forward about the quality of the crabs, letting you know if they are light or running good and heavy but not today. I didn’t ask but trusted, especially since they weren’t on a special, that they’d be decent. Although, if they are light they would usually offer up that advisory. Anyone who is a regular crab eater, especially those who eat females, can look at these pics and know this ain’t it. These were two dozens of light, spoiled, and just all around bad crabs. The inside was gross I tried to pick through them not to waste money but couldn’t take it. Just a complete waste of money. I know these places are in the business of making money but if the crabs are this bad they really shouldn’t sell them. This is bad for business.

This was my first time ordering crabs from Kent Island Crabs and I have to say…the crabs were DELICIOUS and MEATY. I ordered large males and they were a good size. No bad crabs in the dozen we bought. Will be returning!!!

This place always has the best steamed crabs. I like that they will bring out a few live ones so you can see the size as well as some steamed ones if you’re not sure how they season them.
The employees are always very helpful and very friendly.
If you’re not interested in Hard/Soft crabs they have quite the selection of other seafood as well.

Best tasting crabs. I always ask for extra JO seasoning they go ham on it lol their larges are full and big. Iv tried other spots but nothing competes. Only place I’ll get crabs from, been going here for 10 years
