I found out about this bar from a co-worker. WOW $1 Bloody Mary’s. You can’t beat that!! It even comes with fixings. I tried pickled Kohlrabi for the first time It was very spicy but sooo good. He offers a spice rack so you can jazz it up if you want but with the pickles veggies it was perfect. He only does this on Sunday.
It’s a decent size country bar that serves food. filled with friendly locals and had that gold old Hodag vibe. Definitely put this on your Bloody list.
The name on the bar is Ken’s Country Bar. Ken is a second generation bar owner. His dad owned it before him. This place was once a general store and Feed mill.

First visit was there tonight. Kenny is the owner and a great conversationalist. Quality bar food at an unbelievably low price. $6 for a 1/2 lb cheeseburger….I kid you not. Had a great time visiting with everyone. Long time family owned business.

Great place to go for a relaxing time and a friendly fun Northwoods atmosphere. Great food, great service, and good prices. Kenny is the very well liked proprietor of this family owned business, and that’s easy to see once you meet him. He’s a funny character, and should probably have his own comic strip in the newspapers.

A “locals” tavern, but very friendly to visitors too.
Sunday Packers games soups & free snacks.
Large menu of sandwiches, (no fryer = no deep fried foods,) but chips & a pickle with everything.
Stop in twice and I’ll bet Ken will remember your name!
